Alcoholic Beverage Policy. All events held at the Bay City Service Center must comply with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission guidelines.  All sales of alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited by city ordinance.  Users holding a function at the Service Center where alcoholic beverages will be consumed are required to have police officers present at the event.  Use of glass bottles is prohibited.

Alcoholic Beverage Policy. The Church shall abide by all laws of the State of California concerning the use and serving of alcohol. Renter wishing to have alcohol (limited to Wine only – including sparkling wine/Champagne) at their event must abide by the following regulations regarding alcohol use in Church Facilities. Church does allow alcohol (Wine only, including sparkling wine/Champagne) to be served either in the Fellowship Hall dining room or; if an outdoors event, within the designated dining areas only. Alcoholic beverages may be consumed without permit when there is no monetary exchange for beverage AND when there is no admission charge for the event. Church DOES NOT permit or allow the sale of any alcoholic beverage on the property. Church DOES NOT permit or allow the consumption of alcoholic beverages at Youth Events (held for people under 21 years of age). No Exceptions. Church requires Renter to establish and maintain a policy of obtaining Proof of Age for anyone appearing to be 30 years of age or younger. Age identification must include date of birth, physical description and photograph. Servers will confirm that the I.D. is that of the presenter. Non-alcoholic beverages (sodas, juices, water, etc) will be promoted and made available for the duration of any event where alcoholic beverages are served. At events of three (3) hours or longer, alcoholic beverage service will be stopped one (1) hour prior to the end of the event. No Alcoholic beverages may be brought into or taken out of the event by guests or participants. Alcoholic beverages are for the private consumption of guests only. The liability becomes the responsibility of the Renter of the facility. The Church may require Renter to provide, at their own expense, a private security force to ensure safety of persons and property and compliance with all applicable laws. Number of security person(s) required is dependent on the scope of the event and will be determined at the time Agreement is signed.
Alcoholic Beverage Policy. By affixing my signature to this agreement, I understand that Plum Island Taxpayers and Associates, Inc. has adopted the following policy on the distribution, sale or service of alcoholic beverages and I agree that I, as host, and all of my guests at Plum Island Hall will comply with the following policy: 1) No alcoholic beverages may be sold at Plum Island Hall. 2) No alcoholic beverages may be served or provided at fund-raising or other events at Plum Island Hall for which guests are asked to make donations or are required to purchase a ticket for admission to the event. 3) No alcoholic beverages are to be served to or consumed by persons under the legal drinking age. 4) Renters are not to allow any host or guest to drive a motor vehicle away from Plum Island Hall when such person’s blood alcohol level may exceed the legal limit for driving in Massachusetts.

Each client wishing to have alcohol at their event must abide by the following regulations regarding alcohol use in Lake Athens Event Center facility. • Alcoholic beverages may be consumed without a permit when the event is BYOB and there are no monetary exchange for the beverage. • If alcoholic beverages are being sold at the event, Client must have a TABC Certified Caterer serving all alcohol. • Client shall be responsible for providing adequate security at any event with attendance greater than 99. Lake Athens Event Center recommends that security be arranged at the time of booking. • No alcohol shall be consumed outside the Lake Athens Event Center or deck area. • No glass bottles will be allowed with the exception of wine and champagne. • The amount of alcohol consumed by any guest will be the sole responsibility of the Client and/or the Permit Holder/TABC Certified Caterer and not the responsibility of Lake Athens Event Center. The Lake Athens Event Center and its staff shall not be liable for any and all injuries, death, or property damage which might occur as a result of allowing alcohol consumption at or in connection with any event at the Lake Athens Event Center.
Alcoholic Beverage Policy. Point University Event Center shall abide by all laws of the State of Alabama concerning the use and serving of alcohol. Each CLIENT wishing to have alcohol at their event must abide by the following regulations regarding alcohol use in Point University Event Center facilities. • Alcoholic beverages may be consumed without a permit and when there is no monetary exchange for the beverage and when there is no admission charge for the event. • In the case of monetary exchange for alcohol, a licensed caterer is required. Please note that the caterer’s insurance only covers the alcoholic beverages, not Point University Event Center. Necessary licenses to serve or sell alcohol will be obtained. Any group who sells alcohol, or charges an admission fee and serves alcohol, must obtain a temporary liquor license from the State of Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board. A copy of the license must be on file with Point University Event Center, ten (10) business days prior to event. A • An off duty officer will need to be present if serving alcohol. Point University Event Center will provide adequate smoking containers for use outdoors as needed.
Alcoholic Beverage Policy. The Overlook has a license to sell beer and wine. Beer and wine must be purchased through the Overlook Event Center during hours of operation or during your booked event. The Overlook Event center will provide a TABC certified bartender for your event. Contact Management to discuss your beer and wine selections and the cost factor.
Alcoholic Beverage Policy. Client may purchase independently and supply all alcohol, beer, and wine to be served at the event. Xxxxxxx can be contracted to provide all alcohol; if purchased through Xxxxxxx all licenses and permits will be the sole responsibility of Xxxxxxx. Each Renter wishing to have alcohol at their event must abide by the following regulations regarding alcohol use in the Refinery facilities. Alcoholic beverages may be consumed only if a caterer is providing the alcohol services or the Renter has a permit for the service of alcohol (including beer and wine). In the case of monetary exchange for alcohol, a licensed caterer is required. Please note that the caterer’s insurance only covers the alcoholic beverages, not the Refinery Business Center. The necessary licenses to serve or sell alcohol must be obtained by the Refinery. Any group who sells alcohol, or charges an admission fee and serves alcohol, must obtain a temporary liquor license from the State of Indiana Alcoholic Beverages Control Board. A copy of the license must be on file with The Refinery to allow for alcohol (including beer and wine) to be served on the premises.
