Business Center definition

Business Center means, with respect to any Floating Rate to be determined on an Interest Determination Date, the financial center as may be specified as such in the relevant Product and/or Pricing Supplement(s) or, if none is so specified, the financial center with which the relevant Benchmark is most closely connected (which, in the case of EURIBOR, shall be the euro-zone) or, if none is so connected, New York.
Business Center means a building containing more than one commercial business, or any group of nonresidential buildings within a common development, characterized by shared parking and access.

Business Center means a property, regardless of how owned, upon which two or more unrelated businesses are conducted in spaces that are physically separated, and recognized by the municipality as separate entities.
