Dining Room Sample Clauses

The Dining Room clause defines the rights and responsibilities related to the use and maintenance of the dining room area within a property. It typically specifies who has access to the dining room, any restrictions on its use (such as hours or permitted activities), and the party responsible for cleaning or repairs. This clause ensures that all parties understand how the dining room may be used and helps prevent disputes over access, cleanliness, or damage.
Dining Room. A separate and private dining room shall be provided for the use of the professional staff.
