Food and Beverages. No food or beverage may be brought onto the Ship without City Cruises’ prior authorization, granted in City Cruises’ sole discretion. No food or beverage may be removed from the Ship.

The Hotel has the right to cease service of alcoholic beverages in the Event that persons under the state mandated age limit are present at the Event and attempt to receive service of alcoholic beverages. Hotel further reserves the right to deny alcoholic beverage service to guests who appear to be intoxicated.

Exceptions for religious and cultural groups may be approved by the MSDPT for an additional charge assessed against the Lessee by the MSDPT.

All food and beverages purchased on behalf of you and the Guests are charged at a price of cost plus a % surcharge that covers food preparation, transportation, time involved in the shopping and cooking process, and the use of the kitchen.

Audio/Visual Customers must provide their own audio/visual equipment; however, we do provide the use of an overhead projector in the Xxxx X Xxxxxx, Xx. (large) conference room and have a manual projector available for use in the French H Xxxxx, Jr. (small) conference room. As such, we ask that you ensure the settings are left in working order. If you will be using any technical equipment, we recommend that you test your equipment before the meeting time to ensure equipment compatibility.
Food and Beverages. All food and beverages must be removed from the POOL AREA by the conclusion of the Event. Waste, food, ice, and beverages may not be dumped onto the soil or landscaping on or around the POOL AREA. Food and beverages are prohibited in the pool, or on the pool deck.
