System Design. SolarPorts shall provide Customer with a System design via email. Customer shall approve such System design in writing if Customer is satisfied with the design. If Customer seeks to change the System design after Customer has provided written approval, Customer shall be subject to the following charges: (i) re-design charges at $95/hour, (ii) installation crew charges of $60/hour for each crew member that is present at the Site if re-design is done on Installation Date while crew members are already on site, and (iii) permit processing fee of $500 plus any city/county permit filing fees. Shading from nearby trees and/or buildings can significantly impact energy production of the System. Upon Customer request, SolarPorts's design team is available to consult with a certified arborist and provide shading impact reports to Customer; however, SolarPorts is not responsible for any impacts to the System's energy production based on shading conditions at the Site. Customer is responsible for maintaining any trees or foliage that may affect the System's energy production.

System Design. The active radio components of the System shall be designed to conform to the Specifications and the manufacturer specifications set forth in Exhibit A-2 to this Schedule A.
System Design. The Contractor shall design, develop, and document the new OC Livescans to satisfy the requirements of this SOW. The Contractor shall design, develop, and fabricate or procure all hardware, software, and data components of the system(s), with the exception of the operational data to be provided by OCCL. The Contractor shall, to the maximum extent feasible, use non-proprietary hardware and software in developing and implementing the system. To the maximum extent feasible, the equipment shall be available commercially from third party vendors as well as through the Contractor. The Contractor shall develop and maintain the Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (Deliverable OC-23) to map the requirements in this Scope of Work to the OC Livescan System Design Specification and the FAT and SAT Test Procedures. The Contractor shall develop the OC Livescan System Design Specification (Deliverable OC-17). The Contractor shall conduct a System Design Review (SDR) and present their design for OCCL approval. The SDR shall be a comprehensive and in-depth review of the design as documented in the OC Livescan System Design Specification and the Bill of Materials.
System Design. The Contractor shall develop, in accordance with the design plan and the S-BSS Functional specification, an S-BSS concept and top level subsystem design and shall document that design in the System Performance Specification (SPS). The system design functions shall be allocated to hardware, software, and procedures and documented in the Hardware Requirements Document, the Software Requirements Document, and the CONOPS.
System Design. Design of the water and/or wastewater systems within the development shall be done by an Engineer, licensed to practice in the State of Tennessee. The design shall conform to the State of Tennessee design criteria for construction of water and wastewater systems. The specifications for systems installed in the District shall be those of the District, approved by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation. The District shall, to the best of its ability, provide all information about existing water and wastewater lines that interface with the development.
System Design. The Cable System, as installed, uses a hybrid fiber optic/coaxial cable network. The Cable System is built so that fiber is provided to all neighborhood nodes. Extending from each optic site is radio frequency coaxial cable.
System Design. 3.1Design Review Process/ Phases The County will review and approve design documentation based on the requirements in this RFP and as detailed in Section 3.3 of this document. The County may request additional documents as needed. Prior to the first design submission, the Contractor and County shall agree upon precise organization and format of the design submittals. The County will review all submittals, provide written comments, and conduct Design Review Meetings for each stage of the process. Contractor shall provide additional detail, as required, at each successive stage of the Design Review. Contractor shall not order equipment and materials until Schematic Design submittals have been approved. Contractor shall not begin construction until Construction Documents have been approved and all required permits have been obtained. The County will formally approve, in writing, each phase of the design and is the sole arbiter of whether each phase of the design has been completed. The Contractor shall not enter a subsequent design phase without the approval of the County. Contractor is responsible for providing designs approved by the appropriate professional engineers registered in the State of California. Costs for engineering reviews and approvals shall be borne by the Contractor. System designs must consider County aesthetic issues and not conflict with any current County operations.
System Design. 3.1 The Service Provider agrees that the equipment hosted by the Retailer for the purposes of this Agreement is for the sole use of the Sites and will not be shared with any existing or future clientele.
