Customer Request definition

Customer Request means a Delivery Request, Sale Request or Exchange Request placed by You in relation to the Customer Gold.
Customer Request means an informed affirmative request by a Customer to receive information about a specific promotion or sale or certain fares or rates of an airline carrier, to the exclusion of other airline carriers.
Customer Request means a log used to record information in Council’s system which may have been received from a telephone call, an in-person request or in any other form where a ‘truedocument does not exist.

Customer Request means the Customer Request Form attached to this Allocation Mechanism marked “Customer Request”;

  • Change Order Request means a written request or proposal for a Change Order submitted by either Company or Contractor and including:

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • Customer Application means an application or any set of applications that adds primary and significant functionality to the Embedded Capabilities and that is not primarily a substitute for any portion of Microsoft Power BI services.

  • Interconnection Request means a Generation Interconnection Request, a Transmission Interconnection Request and/or an IDR Transfer Agreement.

  • Customer Support means the services by which 21Vianet may provide assistance to Customer to resolve issues with the Services.
