Design Review Meetings. Tenants shall complete the design review process in a timely manner allowing Tenant to start construction in time to be operational upon opening day of Terminal 2. Airport will provide Tenant with estimated opening date upon signing of Tenant’s lease and will inform Tenant in writing of any changes to said date. Design review steps include but are not limited to the following:
Design Review Meetings. (a) In order to obtain input in the preparation of, and prior to submitting, the Design Development Submittals and the Construction Document Submittals, Project Co and the Design Team shall hold design review meetings (the “Design Review Meetings”) with the City and the City Design Team upon the following terms:

Design Approvals. 24.13. Design Estimates: 24.13.1. Assisting in establishing initial project budgets.
Design Review Meetings. HDR will participate in up to two meetings to be held in Austin or Galveston to review design issues and coordinate project details with GLO and other project partners. HDR will prepare agenda and handouts, facilitate meetings, and issue meeting notes to GLO following meetings.
Design Review Meetings. Following one week after each draft design deliverable, a Design Review meeting will be organized and led by WSC to solicit feedback, comments, and questions from a core team representing the City’s Utilities Department. Design Review Meetings. Xxxxxxx Zackria Associates will meet with CITY staff to receive comments and input on the proposed schematic site plan, schematic floor plans and schematic elevations.
Design Review Meetings. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Associates will meet with CITY staff to receive comments and input on the proposed Construction Documents – 75% set.
Design Review Meetings. During design review, the Design-Builder shall meet with the City at both Definitive Design Review and Final Design Review to review the design submittals. During the design review meetings, the City will review the design to determine if environmental compliance requirements, permit conditions and approvals, and environmental controls and mitigation methods have been incorporated into the design. Design Review Meetings. The following reviews will be done concurrently for each of the bridge locations. Design concept confirmation – Forest Service will conduct a meeting to present 50% plans of major design concepts for the bridge replacements to the City of Portland Water Bureau. The meeting will have the intent of confirming the major design issues for the project. From the direction given by the City of Portland Water Bureau at this meeting the Forest Service will proceed with design. The Forest Service will make personnel available and provide the City of Portland Water Bureau with the immediate design information as requested or as conditions warrant. 99% review – The Forest Service will submit to the City of Portland Water Bureau an unsigned set of 99% plans, specifications, and a cost estimate. When the City of Portland Water Bureau has approved the contract documents the Forest Service will incorporate any revisions and provide a complete set of signed documents to the City of Portland Water Bureau.
