Exhibit A-2. Addendum No. 2 To The Employment Agreement The following agreement is Addendum No. 2 (the “Addendum”) to the Employment Agreement by and between Blammo Games Inc., a body corporate incorporated pursuant to the laws of the Province of Ontario (the “Company”), and Andrew Robberts (the “Employee”), dated as of July 31, 2011, which Employment Agreement was amended by Addendum No. 1 to the Employment Agreement dated August 1, 2011 (collectively, the “Agreement”). Capitalized terms not defined in this Addendum have the meanings assigned to them in the Agreement.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Collateral does not include (a) more than 65% of the presently existing and hereafter arising issued and outstanding shares of capital stock owned by Borrower of any Foreign Subsidiary which shares entitle the holder thereof to vote for directors or any other matter, (b) any interest of Borrower as a lessee under an Equipment lease if Borrower is prohibited by the terms of such lease from granting a security interest in such lease or under which such an assignment or Lien would cause a default to occur under such lease; provided, however, that upon termination of such prohibition, such interest shall immediately become Collateral without any action by Borrower or Bank.; and (c) any Intellectual Property; provided, however, the Collateral shall include all Accounts and all proceeds of Intellectual Property. If a judicial authority (including a U.S. Bankruptcy Court) would hold that a security interest in the underlying Intellectual Property is necessary to have a security interest in such Accounts and such property that are proceeds of Intellectual Property, then the Collateral shall automatically, and effective as of the Effective Date, include the Intellectual Property solely to the extent necessary to permit perfection of Bank’s security interest in such Accounts and such other property of Borrower that are proceeds of the Intellectual Property.   • EXHIBIT E Contractor agrees to maintain business records documenting its compliance with the HSP and to submit a monthly compliance report to University in the format required by the Statewide Procurement and Statewide Support Services Division of the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts or successor entity (collectively, SPSS). Submission of compliance reports will be required as a condition for payment under this Agreement. If University determines that Contractor has failed to subcontract as set out in the HSP, University will notify Contractor of any deficiencies and give Contractor an opportunity to submit documentation and explain why the failure to comply with the HSP should not be attributed to a lack of good faith effort by Contractor. If University determines that Contractor failed to implement the HSP in good faith, University, in addition to any other remedies, may report nonperformance to the SPSS in accordance with 34 TAC §§20.285(g)(5), 20.585 and 20.586.
