The Event Holder will also create and maintain a hyper-link to Tourism Western Australia's website xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx in a prominent position and ensure that Tourism Western Australia's, Department’s and Royalties for Regions’ logos appear on the Event Holder's home page.

Through the Separation Date or such other date as Agilent and Verigy mutually agree, Agilent shall make its intranet site available to Verigy Employees on substantially the same terms as such intranet site is made available to Agilent Employees. The Event Holder will also create and maintain a hyper-link to Tourism WA's website xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx in a prominent position on the website and ensure that the State Government logo appears on the Event Holder's website home page. Any changes to the logo will be advised to the Event Holder by Tourism WA.

Before the Close of the Distribution Date, AT&T and Lucent shall jointly continue to explore (including by participation in a testing program) the feasibility of offering participants in their Plans on-line computer access to the point-of-service provider directories, fee schedules, enrollment and other benefit communication materials through the AT&T customized Internet World Wide Web developed by AT&T Bell Xxxoratories and a third-party vendor. Lucent shall have the right to offer Lucent Plan participants these on-line computer services after the Distribution Date, provided that Lucent exercises this right by giving written notice of its intent to do so to AT&T on or before the Distribution Date. If the portion of AT&T Bell Xxxoratories responsible for developing and maintaining the AT&T customized Internet World Wide Web is transferred to Lucent pursuant to the Separation and Distribution Agreement, AT&T shall have the right to use, and Lucent agrees to maintain, this service pursuant to a contract entered into between AT&T and Lucent as soon as practicable after the Close of the Distribution Date. If the portion of AT&T Bell Xxxoratories responsible for developing and maintaining the AT&T customized Internet World Wide Web remains with AT&T pursuant to the Separation and Distribution Agreement, Lucent shall have the right to use, and AT&T agrees to maintain, this service pursuant to a contract entered into between AT&T and Lucent as soon as practicable after the Close of the Distribution Date.

The Web is a valuable research tool for students and employees. Telnet allows the user to log in to remote computers. FTP allows users to download large files and computer software. Newsgroups are discussion groups that are similar to mail lists. The District will provide access to selected newsgroups that relate to subjects that are appropriate to the educational purpose of the system. IRC provides the capability of engaging in “real-time” discussions. The District will provide access to IRC only for specifically defined educational activities.

Students will not intentionally visit Internet sites that contain obscene, illegal, hateful or otherwise objectionable materials. • Students will report accidental accessing of inappropriate materials in accordance with school procedures. • Students will use the Internet for educational purposes only. • Students will not copy information into assignments and fail to acknowledge the source (plagiarism and copyright infringement). • Students will never disclose or publicise personal information. • Downloading materials or images not relevant to their studies, is in direct breach of the school’s acceptable use policy. • Students will be aware that any usage, including distributing or receiving information, school-related or personal, may be monitored for unusual activity, security and/or network management reasons. • Students will use approved class email accounts under supervision by or permission from a teacher. • Students will not send or receive any material that is illegal, obscene, defamatory or that is intended to annoy or intimidate another person. • Students will not reveal their own or other people’s personal details, such as addresses or telephone numbers or pictures. • Students will never arrange a face-to-face meeting with someone they only know through emails or the Internet. • Students will note that sending and receiving email attachments is subject to permission from their teacher. • Students will not be permitted to use any internet chat or instant messaging within the school premises or on any school hardware. • Students will be given the opportunity to publish projects, artwork or school work on the World Wide Web in accordance with clear policies and approval processes regarding the content that can be loaded to the school’s website • The website will be regularly checked to ensure that there is no content that compromises the safety of Students or Staff. • The publication of Student work will be co-ordinated by a teacher. • Students’ work will appear in an educational context on Web pages with a copyright notice prohibiting the copying of such work without express written permission. • The school will endeavour to use digital photographs, audio or video clips focusing on group activities. Content focusing on individual Students will not be published on the school website without parental permission.
