Representations and Warranties of Author. The Author hereby represents and warrants to the best of their knowledge that (i) they are the owner in fee simple of all rights, title, and interest in and to the Work; (ii) they have the full legal authority to make this agreement; (iii) that all rights conveyed to the Publisher are free of encumbrances, (iv) that the Work does not infringe upon the copyrights or any other right of any third party; and (v) the Work includes no defamatory, libelous, or otherwise unlawful subject matter.

Representations and Warranties of Author. The Author hereby represents and warrants the following:
Representations and Warranties of Author. Author represents and warrants to Patheos that: (a) Author owns the exclusive rights to the Work free and clear of all security interests, liens and encumbrances; (b) Author has not conveyed title to, ownership of or rights to the Work or any proprietary rights associated therewith, to any third party; (c) Author has the right to license the Work as provided for in this Agreement; and (d) The Work and the content and concepts therein and the License granted in this Agreement do not and will not infringe upon the proprietary rights of any third party and do not violate any applicable law or regulation.
Representations and Warranties of Author. Author hereby represents and warrants that: (i) Author owns all right, title and interest in the Thesis; (ii) Author has the power and authority to enter into this Agreement and perform its obligations hereunder; (iii) the licensed Thesis will not violate any laws, regulations or ordinances, or the rights of any third party and will not give rise to any claims of such violation, including, without limitation, claims of libel, slander, defamation, copyright infringement, infringement of moral rights, trademark infringement, false designation of origin, disparagement, violation of privacy, publicity, identity or other proprietary rights, piracy or plagiarism; and (iv) to the extent that Author is required to obtain rights, licenses, permissions, clearances, approvals and/or attribution information necessary for SCU to utilize the Thesis, Author will do so accurately and completely, and the Thesis shall incorporate the necessary credit and/or attribution information. Author represents and warrants that it understands that SCU will rely on the contents of this Agreement and Author shall not have the right to enjoin the exploitation of the Thesis or to rescind any rights granted to SCU hereunder.
Representations and Warranties of Author. Author represents and warrants that Author is the sole author of the Article; that Author has the full right, power, and authority to grant the rights specified herein, that the Article contains no matter which is libelous or which infringes any proprietary, personal, or intellectual property rights of any person, including, but not limited to, any rights of privacy and any copyright or trade secret rights. Author further represents and warrants that Author has fully disclosed to ARMA International any business affiliation, employer or employee relationship, or other any situation that might give rise to a conflict of interest. Author further agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold ARMA International harmless against all claims, suits, costs, damages, and expenses (including costs of suit and attorney’s fees) that ARMA International may sustain if any of the foregoing representations or warranties is incorrect.
