HR DATA SUPPORT SYSTEMS. Agilent shall provide human resources data support for Verigy Transferred Employees and other Verigy Employees for a period mutually agreed upon between Agilent and Verigy. Agilent reserves the right to discontinue Verigy's access to any Agilent human resource data support systems with reasonable notice. Verigy agrees to fully reimburse Agilent for any and all associated costs and expenses relating to its use of the Agilent human resources data support systems.
HR DATA SUPPORT SYSTEMS. Southern shall provide human resources data support for Southern Energy Employees through March 31, 2002 or such other date as Southern and Southern Energy may mutually agree on substantially the same terms as are in effect as of the date of this Agreement.

Cadence shall provide human resources data support for Tality Employees and Tality Transferred Employees through Independence Date (or such other period as Cadence, the Partnership and Tality may mutually agree). The Partnership agrees to fully reimburse Cadence for any and all direct and indirect costs and expenses associated with its use of the Cadence human resources data support systems, subject to the Master Corporate Services Agreement. If Cadence and the Partnership agree to extend the time period beyond Independence Date, then the costs and expenses shall be computed in accordance with Independence Date. Cadence and the Partnership each reserves the right to discontinue the Partnership's access to any Cadence human resources data support systems with ninety (90) days notice (or such other period as Cadence, the Partnership and Tality may mutually agree).
HR DATA SUPPORT SYSTEMS. MRV shall provide human resources data support for Luminent Employees and Luminent Transferred Employees through _______________ (or such other period as MRV and Luminent may mutually agree). Luminent agrees to fully reimburse MRV for any and all direct and indirect costs and expenses associated with its use of the MRV human resources data support systems, subject to Section 8.2. In the event that MRV and Luminent agree to extend the time period beyond _________________, then the costs and expenses will be computed in accordance with Section 8.2; provided, however, an additional ten percent (10%) charge will be incurred by Luminent. MRV and Luminent each reserves the right to discontinue Luminent's access to any MRV human resources data support systems with sixty (60) days notice (or such other period as MRV and Luminent may mutually agree).
HR DATA SUPPORT SYSTEMS. Compuware shall provide human resources data support for the Covisint Employees in accordance with the terms of the Shared Services Agreement.

In the event that Sara Xxx xxx Coach agree to extend the time period beyond the Support Termination Date, then the costs and expenses will be computed in accordance with Section 7.2; provided, however, that an additional ten percent (10%) charge will be incurred by Coach. Following the Support Termination Date, Sara Xxx xxx Coach each reserves the right to discontinue Coach's access to any Sara Xxx xxxan resources data support systems with sixty (60) days notice.
