Inappropriate Content. Through the Internet there are unsuitable materials in many varieties. Anyone can post material on the Internet. Some material is published for an adult audience and is unsuitable for children e.g. materials with a sexual content. Materials may express extreme views e.g. some use the web to publish information on weapons, crime and racism which would be restricted elsewhere. Materials may contain misleading and inaccurate information e.g. some use the web to promote activities which are harmful such as anorexia or bulimia. Children should be taught:- • That information on the internet is not always accurate or true. • To question the source of information. • How to respond to unsuitable materials or requests and that they should tell a teacher/adult immediately.
Inappropriate Content. Inappropriate content will not be allowed on iPad devices. [See the Lago Vista ISD Responsible Use Guidelines for Technology.] The presence of pornographic materials, inappropriate language, weapon-related content, alcohol, drug, and/or gang related symbols, pictures, or any other activity deemed inappropriate by campus staff and administration will result in disciplinary action and repossession of the device.
Inappropriate Content. You agree that you will not use the Trend Micro Products/Services to create, copy, store, transmit, share or distribute any files, images, sounds, messages or other material which are obscene (as determined in Trend Micro's sole discretion), harassing, racist, malicious, fraudulent or libelous, contain nudity, violate or infringe the rights of third parties, or expose Trend Micro to any actual or potential civil or criminal liability. Trend Micro reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that it deems necessary if you violate these terms, including suspension or termination of this Agreement and your account
Inappropriate Content. You may not link to Mpgxtreme from any Website which contains content that is slanderous, libelous, threatening, pornographic, obscene, and/or infringing that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability.
Inappropriate Content. You agree not to post or behave inappropriately. We reserve the right to determine if a post or act is offensive. You may not post inappropriate Content in connection with the Services. Inappropriate Content includes anything Style ID, in its sole discretion, determines to be offensive or inappropriate for inclusion or use on the Services. It includes, without limitation, Content that: • impersonates any person or entity or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity, or creates a false identity for purposes of misleading others; • promotes or contains material that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, false, misleading, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, sexually explicit, violent, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, discriminatory based on race / sex / religion / nationality / disability / age / sexual orientation, directed toward children under 13 years of age or otherwise objectionable; • infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party; • you do not have the right to disclose under contract or applicable law; • contains software viruses or any other technology designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of the Services; • involves the transmission of “junk mail”, “chain letters” or unsolicited mass e-mails — “spam”; • uses automated scripts or other technology to collect information from or otherwise interact with the Services or other users without their consent; • engages in advertising or other solicitation activities such as pyramid schemes, contests, or sweepstakes; • provides material support or resources (or to conceal or disguise the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources) to any organization(s) designated by the South African government as a foreign terrorist organization. • includes other people’s personally identifying information or other confidential information, such as credit card numbers, license numbers, passwords, phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses; or • violates or encourages or facilitates the violation of any applicable local, national or international law, Violating this Agreement may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification to your Internet Service Provider if deemed necessary.
Inappropriate Content. Affiliate shall not place any link on a page or screen that contains content that: incites, encourages, advocates or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age; incites, encourages, advocates or promotes illegal activities including, but not limited to, violence against persons or property, terrorism, armed insurrection, piracy or treason; incites, encourages, advocates or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of children and minors; violates the intellectual property rights of third parties; or contains or promotes deceptive information.
Inappropriate Content. Users shall not use the Virtustream Infrastructure and Services to transmit, distribute or store material that is inappropriate, as reasonably determined by Virtustream, or material that is obscene (including child pornography), defamatory, libelous, threatening, abusive, hateful, or excessively violent. Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything else to the contrary, no pornographic content of any kind may be stored (either permanently or temporarily), processed by or transmitted through any of Virtustream's cloud based services or any of Virtustream's cloud based infrastructure, including, without limitation, Virtustream's xStream platform. Intellectual Property Material accessible through or contained within the Virtustream Infrastructure and Services may be subject to protection under privacy, data protection or confidentiality laws and may contain intellectual property rights owned by Virtustream or third parties, including but not limited to, copyright, patents, trademarks, trade names, trade secrets or other proprietary information. Users shall not use the Virtustream Infrastructure and Services in any manner that would infringe, dilute, misappropriate, breach or otherwise violate any such rights or laws. Users are responsible for ensuring that all applications, software, programs, and content which are hosted though the Virtustream Infrastructure and Services are properly licensed from the applicable third parties to the extent required in the context of the applicable deployment. Users will indemnify in full, and keep fully indemnified on a continuing basis, Virtustream with respect to any claims by third parties brought against Virtustream based on an allegation that any such User failed to comply with its obligations under this paragraph.
Inappropriate Content. Users shall not use the Company Services to post, transmit, distribute or store any information or material, as reasonably determined by Company, that is inappropriate or objectionable, obscene (including child pornography), offensive, indecent, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, excessively violent or otherwise inappropriate, regardless of whether this material or its dissemination is unlawful.
Inappropriate Content. You must refrain from adding content that can be described as inappropriate regarding the aims and intent of the Service, as determined by us. Upstream may in its absolute discretion choose to notify users of inappropriate content and require that the user removes such content in as directed by Upstream (without limitation to any right we may have to terminate their account). How we deal with inappropriate content is further discussed in paragraph 6.
