The Separation Date Sample Clauses

The Separation Date. The Executive agrees that he shall execute any such further documents and instruments as may be reasonably necessary or appropriate to carry out the intent of this Section 9.

The Separation Date. Truist and Executive agree that Executive’s employment with Truist will terminate as of November 30, 2022 (or such earlier date as Executive and Truist mutually agree after the effective transition of a successor, the “Separation Date”). Effective as of the Separation Date, Executive will step down as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Truist and resign from all directorships and roles Executive holds with Truist or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. Executive will promptly execute any other documents to effectuate any such resignation, as requested by Truist.

The Separation Date. To the extent not already completed in any jurisdiction prior to the date of this Agreement, the Separation shall take place on 4 October 2023 (the Separation Date).
