Network Infrastructure definition

Network Infrastructure means a data communications system, which includes the Consulting Agreement Template - University of Rochester (1) the Consultant can use the information only for purposes intended by the agreement (e.g., if the information was disclosed to help the Consultant complete its Services, the information can be used only for that purpose); and (2) the Consultant can discuss the information only with certain individuals in the Company itself.
