Visits of Union Representatives. Duly authorized representatives of the Union shall be entitled to visit the Store for the purpose of observing working conditions, interviewing members and unsigned employees and to ensure that the terms of the Collective Agreement are being implemented. Visits of Union Representatives. After first notifying the Plant Manager or, in his absence, the person in charge, duly authorized full-time representatives of the Union shall be entitled to visit the plant for the purpose of observing working conditions, interviewing members and unsigned employees, and to ensure that the terms of the Collective Agreement are being implemented. Interviews shall take place during rest and meal periods. Union Representatives shall be permitted to check employee time cards, including work schedules, and in the event of any discrepancies, they shall be presented under Article 14 of this Agreement.
Visits of Union Representatives. A Union officer may consult in the assembly area before the start of and at the completion of the day's work. Upon notification to and consent of the supervisor, the Union officer shall be permitted access to work areas at all reasonable times only for the purpose of adjusting grievances, assisting in the settlement of disputes, and for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions and aims of this Agreement. These privileges are extended subject to the understanding that work assignments are not, in fact, interfered with.
Visits of Union Representatives. Authorized representatives of the Union shall be permitted to visit the operation of the Employer during working hours to talk with the Stewards of the Local Union and/or representatives of the Employer concerning matters covered by this Agreement without interfering with the progress of the work force. The Union will arrange with the Employer for the time and place prior to the occurrence of such Visits.

Visits of Union Representatives. The Facility agrees that representatives of the Union Program Board, whether local district, councilor State shall have access to the premises to conduct Union business, upon notifying the Facility Administrator of the date and time.
Visits of Union Representatives. A representative of the Union shall have access to the City's premises for the purposes of administering this contract with the consent of the City. The City will not unreasonably withhold such consent. The representative must first contact the Chief of Police and make the necessary arrangements for the place of the visit and the duration of the visit. The representative shall act in accordance with the terms of the consent and shall in no case interfere with any work.
