Construction Representatives. Landlord hereby appoints the following person(s) as Landlord’s representative (“Landlord’s Representative”) to act for Landlord in all matters covered by this Work Letter Agreement: ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Construction Representatives. Landlord’s and Tenant’s representatives for coordination of construction and approval of change orders will be as follows, provided that either party may change its representative upon written notice to the other:
Construction Representatives. Each party authorizes the other to rely in connection with plans and construction upon approval and other actions on the party's behalf by any Construction Representative of the party named in Section 1.1 or any person hereafter designated in substitution or addition by notice to the party relying.
Construction Representatives. Both Landlord and Tenant shall appoint one individual as its "Construction Representative" who is authorized to act on its behalf in connection with any matters arising pursuant to this Article 3. The Construction Representative may be changed from time to time by notice hereunder from the then current Construction Representative to the other party's Construction Representative or by notice from Landlord or Tenant pursuant to Section 10.1.
