Plant Manager definition

Plant Manager means the Manager so designated under Mines Act. 1952 for Industrial Beneficiation Plant of Jhamarkotra Rock Phosphate Mines of Rajasthan State Mines and Minerals Limited.
Plant Manager means the individual appointed by the O&M Operator who subject to the necessary approvals shall be authorized and empowered to act as the agent for and on behalf of the Operator on all matters concerning the O&M Agreement and the Operator’s obligations there under.
