Access to Work Areas. ‌ Representatives duly authorized by ECCE shall be permitted to transact business on District premises so long as the transaction of such business does not interfere with the performance of an Employee’s duties to the District and is conducted during periods of time that the concerned Employee(s) is not rendering service to the District.

Access to Work Areas. Representatives of the Union may have access to work areas to conduct Union business with employees at times other than when employees are to be at their assigned duty stations or on employer time. Access to Work Areas. Reasonable requests for access by the Association for local organization functions to work areas will be granted in approved areas by the administration in accordance with school policies provided that no interference with the instructional and extra-curricular program would be caused by the granting of such requests. Work space does not include consumable supplies or telephone charges. Association business may be conducted during the employee's unassigned work time.
Access to Work Areas. Contractor shall provide Broward Health and its respective inspectors or other designees with access to the Work in preparation and progress wherever located; subject to such individual’s compliance with Contractor’s reasonable safety procedures. Contractor shall keep roads, walks, ramps, sidewalks, etc. on and adjacent to the Work Site in good working order and condition and free from obstructions which might present a hazard to or interference with traffic or access. When operations necessitate the closing of traffic lanes, Contractor shall be responsible for arranging such closings in advance with any applicable governmental authorities having jurisdiction over Contractor and over the Work, Broward Health, and adjacent property owners. Contractor shall provide adequate barricades, signs, flagmen and other devices for traffic guides and public safety. Upon completion of the Work, Contractor shall: (i) clean the job site of any and all debris; (ii) remove foreign materials, spots, plaster, soil and paint from ceramic tile, marble and other finished materials, and wash or wipe clean; (iii) clean fixtures, cabinetwork and equipment, removing stains, paint, dirt and dust, and leave same in undamaged-new condition; (iv) clean all metallic surfaces in accordance with recommendations of the manufacturer; (v) clean resilient floors thoroughly and buff dry by machine to bring the surfaces to their required level of finish; (vi) remove all of its tools, scaffolding, and surplus materials; and (vii) deliver the Work in a neat and broom-clean manner consistent with this Agreement.
Access to Work Areas. The Business Agent and authorized representatives of the Union shall be permitted by the Employer to enter and inspect Employee work areas at reasonable times after obtaining permission of the Employer. Permission will not be unreasonably withheld and the representatives will be free of interference but will not interrupt nor interfere with any work in progress. At no time shall meetings be held with Employees during working hours without the permission of the Employer.
