Use of Parking Lot. No overnight parking of vehicles will be allowed in the Parking Lot due to space restrictions unless approved in advance by Commodity Classic. Exhibitor shall be solely responsible for any damage to the Parking Lot. The official decorator will publish an official power washing supplier’s contact information in the service kit for Exhibitor to arrange for power washing of its equipment at the Exhibitor’s cost. All power washing must take place in the area designated by Commodity Classic. The official trade show decorator will provide port-a-potties and hand-wash stations if restrooms are not available on the Parking Lot. Ramps, unloading equipment etc. will be the responsibility of the Exhibitor to provide (at its expense) or to coordinate with another exhibiting company for use at the Exhibitor’s expense. Commodity Classic will provide security on the Parking Lot starting the evening of the scheduled first day of lot use through the morning of the scheduled move out day.

Use of Parking Lot. The CITY grants unto LICENSEE the use of, and LICENSEE does hereby agree to use 825 square feet of the parking lot located at Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, XX 00000, more accurately described in Exhibit ALegal Description”, (hereinafter “Lot” and “leased premises”), under the terms and conditions set forth herein. The date, time, and activity or activities to be performed in the Lot, and the portions of the Lot to be so used are as follows: Purpose for the use: Outdoor alcohol seating area.
Use of Parking Lot. Sublessee shall have the exclusive right to use any and all parking areas located on the Property.

Use of Parking Lot. Lessee has nonexclusive use of any of the six parking spaces for its paramedic rig, located in the east parking lot of the fire station, in the area shown on the attached Exhibit B (hereinafter North Parking Spaces). Xxxxxx agrees to avoid parking the rig at any location within the North Parking Spaces that would obstruct Lessor's access into the parking bays opposite the North Parking Spaces.

At all other times, the parking lot shall be available for use by the Public at large, including the Seller, and the Buyer may post signs indicating that the parking lot and driveway from Xxxxxx Street are available for public use at the times that are not exclusively reserved for the Seller as set forth herein. Further, at Buyer’s option, and prior to the Initial Closing, Buyer shall be granted a license by Seller to open the parking lot for public use not inconsistent with the terms set forth herein. Prior to the Final Closing, Xxxxx agrees not to undertake any resurfacing or improvement of the parking lot that would interfere with the Seller’s uses, as provided herein.

Use of Parking Lot. It is understood by the parties that the Lessor owns adjoining property and improvements which are occupied mostly during the night or evening hours and that the driveway upon the demised premises is utilized for access to adjoining properties. Lessor and Lessee covenant and agree to cooperate in providing full use of the driveway and parking lot on the demised premises to Lessee and adjoining tenants of Lessor at such times that use of the parking lot on the demised premises by adjoining tenants does not interfere with the operation of the Lessee's business.
Use of Parking Lot. It is understood that the Lessee shall have the non-exclusive use of the parking area within the Shopping Center. This use is granted with the express understanding that the Lessor and any other tenants of the Shopping Center and other tenants and property owners in the retail complex, of which the Shopping Center is a part, may use these facilities and may use the parking area for their customers. The matter, however, of allocation of parking space between the various occupants of the entire premises and of the allocation of said parking space as between occupants and their officers and employees on the one hand and invitees and customers on the other hand shall be subject to the sole uncontrolled discretion of the Lessor. When necessary, because of peak days or peak hours, the Lessee's employees shall refrain from parking in the parking lot or shall park in areas designated for employees of tenants, and will cooperate fully with the Lessor in seeing that this clause is carried out.
