Use of Space. The COUNTY will provide the space located at: [insert Orange County Government Location] (the “Designated Space”) which shall be utilized by the AGENCY solely for the lawful purpose of providing the services. If no space is designated, this Article V does not apply.
Use of Space. Show Management reserves the right to decline, prohibit or expel any exhibit, or item or feature thereof which, in its judgment, is inappropriate or out of keeping with the character of the Show, this reservation being all inclusive as to persons, things, printed matter, product, conduct, sound level, etc. Exhibitor agrees to change the wording of any sign determined by Show Management not to be in the best interest of the Show. Balloons are prohibited. Neon or other gas-based signs are prohibited. Noisy or obstructive exhibits or activities producing objectionable noise or odors are prohibited. Sound amplifying devices may be operated only at levels not objectionable to other Exhibitors. Distribution of advertising material and solicitations of any sort shall be restricted to the Exhibitor’s booth. Exhibitor’s exhibit or products may not extend beyond the limits of the Exhibitor’s booth and no part of any exhibit or product may extend into any aisle. No Exhibitor shall arrange its exhibit so as to obscure or prejudice adjacent Exhibitors, as determined by Show Management. All demonstrations by Exhibitor must be located so that assembled crowds are within the Exhibitor’s space and not blocking any aisle or neighboring exhibits. No Exhibitor shall assign or sublet or share any part of its assigned space without the consent of Show Management in writing. Any space not occupied by Exhibitor at the time set for completion of installation of displays will be reassigned at the discretion of Show Management, in which case all amounts paid or payable by Exhibitor will be forfeited unless special arrangements have been approved in writing by Show Management. Exhibitor agrees to keep its exhibit open and staffed at all times during the Show hours. BOOTH CONSTRUCTION AND ARRANGEMENT – All booths must be carpeted by the Exhibitor. Standard booth equipment (back and side wall draping, and identification sign) is provided by Show Management without cost to the Exhibitor. If an Exhibitor plans to install a completely constructed display of such a character that the Exhibitor will not require or desire the use of standard booth equipment, no part thereof shall so project as to obstruct the view of adjacent booths. Use of Space. WebShoppe shall use the Remote Collocation Space for the purposes of installing, maintaining and operating WebShoppe’s equipment (to include testing and monitoring equipment) necessary, for interconnection with BellSouth services and facilities, including access to unbundled network elements, for the provision of telecommunications services. The Remote Collocation Space may be used for no other purposes except as specifically described herein or authorized in writing by BellSouth.
Use of Space. The space is to only be occupied by the Student to whom the space is assigned. The Student may not sublet or have long-term guests. Assigned units are for student residence purposes only. The Student may not operate any “for profit or personal gain” enterprise from any part of University housing, including but not limited to, web-based or e-commerce businesses.
Use of Space. The Client may use the identified University Facility for the limited purpose of the event(s) for the date(s) of the event(s).
Use of Space. During the Event, Exhibitor shall use the Space only for the exhibit or display of equipment and/or materials manufactured, licensed, distributed and/or sold by Exhibitor. Exhibitor shall not sublet or share the space with any other person or party, except with the prior written consent of the Conference. In no event shall Exhibitor conduct exhibitions, seminars or distribute literature either outside the Center or in any non-rented space within the Center at any time during Conference Week. No exhibitor-sponsored functions should be held outside of the leased exposition space during exposition hours without the written permission of the Pittsburgh Conference. Solicitation or advertisement of any type in or outside of the Center (outside of the exhibitor’s rented space) by either exhibitor or exhibitor’s contractor(s) is strictly prohibited with the exception of approved Pittcon Promotional Opportunities. If the Exhibitor violates this agreement, the Conference may, at its option, remove from the Center Exhibitor's exhibit, including all equipment and/ or materials belonging to Exhibitor. Exhibitor shall pay the reasonable costs of removal without liability on the part of the Conference for any damage, loss or expense of any sort whatsoever.
Use of Space. 2.1 The sole use of Space by CLC is to place equipment owned or leased, installed, operated and maintained by CLC , which interconnects with Frontier facilities for the exchange of Local Traffic or for access to UNEs. CLC may not locate its switching equipment in the Space. CLC may not interconnect equipment or facilities in its Space with equipment or facilities within another CLEC's Space without the specific written consent of Frontier which permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. Any violation of this paragraph shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement.
Use of Space. ACCESS Integrated shall use the Collocation Space for the purpose of installing, maintaining and operating ACCESS Integrated’s equipment (which may include testing and monitoring equipment) necessary for interconnection with BellSouth’s services/facilities or for accessing BellSouth’s unbundled network elements for the provision of telecommunications services, as specifically set forth in this Agreement. The Collocation Space assigned to ACCESS Integrated may not be used for any purposes other than as specifically described herein or in any amendment hereto.
Use of Space. OptiLink shall use the Collocation Space for the purposes of installing, maintaining and operating OptiLink’s equipment (to include testing and monitoring equipment) used or useful primarily to interconnect with BellSouth services and facilities, including access to unbundled network elements, for the provision of telecommunications services. Pursuant to Section 5 following, OptiLink may at its option, place OptiLink-owned fiber entrance facilities to the Collocation Space. In addition to, and not in lieu of, interconnection to BellSouth services and facilities, OptiLink may connect to other interconnectors within the designated BellSouth Central Office (including to its other virtual or physical collocated arrangements) through co-carrier cross connect facilities designated by OptiLink pursuant to section 5.6 following. The Collocation Space may be used for no other purposes except as specifically described herein or authorized in writing by BellSouth.
Use of Space. The space contracted for is to be used solely for the Exhibitor whose name appears on the contract. The Exhibitor will not sublet nor assign any portion of same without the prior written consent of UCT or Gulf Publishing Company.
