Use of Buildings. In addition to use and control of the Church and parish buildings for the discharge of duties of the Xxxxxx’x office, as provided by canon law, the Xxxxxx shall have the right to grant use of the buildings to individuals or groups from outside the parish, following guidelines approved by both the Xxxxxx and Vestry.
Use of Buildings. The Union and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings for meetings and to transact official Union business provided that this shall not interfere with nor interrupt normal school operations. When special custodial service is required, the Union shall cover the costs of such services at the current rate charged.
Use of Buildings. The Representative Organization and its representatives may use District buildings for meetings. Such facilities must be scheduled through the building administrator prior to the day of the planned meeting. Care will be taken to see that rooms, etc., are restored to the normal condition following such meetings.
Use of Buildings. The Association will be granted the use of school buildings without cost at reasonable times for meetings. All requests must be made to the Superintendent's Office. The principal of the building in question will be notified in advance of the time and place of all such meetings by the Superintendent's Office.

The Association may use the District buildings for the purpose of having meetings and transacting Association business in accordance with established District policy provided that such meetings and business shall not interfere with District educational programs. The Association shall reimburse the District for any extra costs resulting from such Association use of a District building. All such meetings shall be held outside the regular teacher work days, except with administration approval. Association meetings shall not conflict with other prescheduled meetings for the facilities requested and shall be scheduled through the building administrator.
Use of Buildings. The Association and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings for meetings. Scheduling shall be coordinated with the principal of the building in question in advance of the time and place for such use.

The Union shall have the right to use school buildings for Union meetings provided that the building principal is notified twenty-four (24) hours before any such meetings, and that such meetings are during non-school hours and do not interfere with any facet of the school's educational, administrative or extracurricular program.
Use of Buildings. A. Meetings Teachers have the right to reasonable use of building facilities for professional and educational meetings at reasonable times and hours when such buildings are open and the operating staff is on duty, or if other arrangements have been made in advance. Persons using the buildings will make sure of building security during the meeting and make sure the building is locked when vacating the building.
Use of Buildings. The Association and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings.
