School day means any day or partial day that students are in attendance at school for instructional purposes.
Par Call Date means March 15, 2029.
Per day means per calendar day or part thereof.
Bill Due Date means thirty (30) calendar days from the bill date.
Call Date means the date specified in the notice to holders required under Section 5(d) as the Call Date.
the relevant day means the Day which is thirty (30) Days after the later of:
Bill Date The date when a CenturyLink service is billed and/or invoiced to a customer. The Bill Date is generally the date one (1) Day past the billing cycle close date and will appear on any such bill or invoice.
First Call Date means the date falling 36 months after the Issue Date or, to the extent such day is not a Business Day, the Business Day following from an application of the Business Day Convention.
Show Day means not more than one local show day observed on an employee's ordinary working day, other than a Saturday or a Sunday, in the city, town or district in which the employee is employed; or such other day which, in the absence of such a local show day, is agreed on by the employee and the employer, therefore making a total of 11 paid public holidays per year.
Debit Day means the day that payment by You to Us is due.
Calendar Month means calendar month according to the Gregorian calendar.
Regular hours worked means those hours which the court is regularly scheduled to work during any given work week. Depending on the particular court, these hours may vary from court to court within the county but remain the same for each work week.
Invoice Date has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
Service Window means the duration for which the facilities and services shall be available at the Data Centre. Service window in this case shall be 24x7x365.
Clean-Up Call Date The second Distribution Date immediately following the Auction Termination Date.
STIPULATED HOURS OF SERVICE PER DAY means hours of duty per day, normal hours/timings of duty whereof shall be determined by the Company's Engineer for which fixed charge shall be payable.
Billing Month is defined in Section 9.1(b).
Working Day means any day other than a Saturday or Sunday or public holiday in England and Wales.
Prepaid Monthly Payment Any Monthly Payment received prior to its scheduled Due Date, which is intended to be applied to a Mortgage Loan on its scheduled Due Date and held in the related Custodial Account for P&I until the Withdrawal Date following its scheduled Due Date.
Week means seven consecutive days.
Applicable Par Call Date means with respect to the (i) 2028 Notes, June 12, 2028, (ii) 2031 Notes, May 12, 2031, (iii) 2041 Notes, February 12, 2041, (iv) 2051 Notes, February 12, 2051 and (v) 2061 Notes, February 12, 2061.
Payment Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets are open for business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign exchange currency deposits) in the principal financial centre for the Settlement Currency or if the Settlement Currency is euro, any day on which the Trans-European Automated Real-time Gross settlement Express Transfer (TARGET) System is open;
Non-Working Day means any day upon which an employee, pursuant to the terms of the contract of employment, is not available to the employer for the purposes of rostering the ordinary hours of work.
Calendar Quarter means the respective periods of three (3) consecutive calendar months ending on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31.
School business day means any calendar day except Saturdays, Sundays, and any federal and school holidays upon which the office of the Superintendent is open to the public for business. A school business day concludes or terminates upon the closure of the Superintendent’s office for the calendar day.
Issuer Call Date means the day specified as such in the notice delivered by the Issuer in accordance with Product Condition 3, and if such day is not a Trading Day, means the first succeeding Trading Day unless, in the determination of the Calculation Agent, a Market Disruption Event has occurred on that day in which case, the Issuer Call Date shall be the first succeeding Trading Day on which the Calculation Agent determines that there is no Market Disruption Event, unless the Calculation Agent determines that there is a Market Disruption Event occurring on each of the five Trading Days immediately following the original date which (but for the Market Disruption Event) would have been the Issuer Call Date. In that case (i) the fifth Trading Day shall be deemed to be the Issuer Call Date (regardless of the Market Disruption Event); and (ii) the Calculation Agent shall determine the Final Reference Price having regard to the then prevailing market conditions, the last reported trading price of the Shares and such other factors as the Calculation Agent deems relevant;
