Union Bargaining Committee. A Union Bargaining Committee shall be appointed by the Union and shall consist of up to three (3) members of the Union together with the President of the Union or her designate. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of members of the staff of the Union when negotiating with the Employer.
Union Bargaining Committee. A union bargaining committee shall be elected and consist of a maximum of three representatives of the bargaining unit. Leave of absence to attend negotiation sessions shall be administered in accordance with Clause 2.9 - Unpaid Leave - Union Business.
Union Bargaining Committee. The Union's Bargaining Committee shall consist of up to three (3) employees and leave of absence with current pay will be granted to three (3) employees in order for them to be present at negotiation meetings with the Employer. The Union shall have the right to have, at any time, the assistance of members or the staff of the Union when negotiating with the Employer. The leave shall apply to days of negotiation.
Union Bargaining Committee. A Union Bargaining Committee shall be appointed and consist of not more than three (3) members of the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 1521-02. The Union will advise the Employer of the Union nominees to the Committee.
Union Bargaining Committee. The Union will advise the Employer of the Union members of the Bargaining Team.
Union Bargaining Committee. A Union Bargaining Committee shall be established and shall consist of not more than four (4) members. The Union shall advise the College of the names of the members of this Committee.

Union Bargaining Committee. 1. Employees covered by this Agreement will be represented in negotiations by up to three (3) negotiating committee members.
Union Bargaining Committee. A Union Bargaining Committee shall be elected or appointed and consist of not more than two (2) members of the Union. The Union will advise the Board of the Union members of the Committee. Elected or appointed members of the Bargaining Committee shall not suffer any loss of regular pay for time spent at meetings with the Board during the employee’s regular working hours.
Union Bargaining Committee. The Union Bargaining Committee shall consist of not more than four (4) members of the Bargaining Unit and the Secretary- Business Manager or his/her representative. The Union shall advise the Employer of the Union members on the Committee.
