Persons Authorized to Represent the Parties. (a) Union List The Union agrees to provide to the Employer a written list of the names of any persons, other than the union stewards, who are authorized by the Union to deal with the Employer in relation to the Union's representation of the members of the bargaining unit, and to further provide written advice of changes made in the list from time to time.

  • Right to Representation Upon request, an employee will have the right to representation at all levels on any matter adversely affecting the employee’s conditions of employment. The exercise of this right shall not unreasonably delay or postpone a meeting.
