Telecommunication Equipment. In the event that Tenant wishes at any time to utilize the services of a telephone or telecommunications provider whose equipment is not then servicing the Building, no such provider shall be permitted to install its lines or other equipment within the Building without first securing the prior written approval of the Landlord, which approval shall include, without limitation, approval of the plans and specifications for the installation of the lines and/or other equipment within the Building. Landlord's approval shall not be deemed any kind of warranty or representation by Landlord, including, without limitation, any warranty or representation as to the suitability, competence, or financial strength of the provider. Without limitation of the foregoing standard, unless all of the following conditions are satisfied to Landlord's satisfaction, it shall be reasonable for Landlord to refuse to give its approval: (i) Landlord shall incur no expense whatsoever with respect to any aspect of the provider's provision of its services, including without limitation, the costs of installation, materials and services; (ii) prior to commencement of any work in or about the Building by the provider, the provider shall supply Landlord with such written indemnities, insurance, financial statements, and such other items as Landlord determines to be necessary to protect its financial interests and the interests of the Building relating to the proposed activities of the provider; (iii) the provider agrees to abide by such rules and regulations, building and other codes, job site rules and such other requirements as are determined by Landlord to be necessary to protect the interests of the Building, the tenants in the Building and Landlord, in the same or similar manner as Landlord has the right to protect itself and the Building with respect to proposed alterations as described in Section 6.303 of this Lease; (iv) Landlord determines that there is sufficient space in the Building for the placement of all of the provider's equipment and materials; (v) the provider agrees to abide by Landlord requirements, if any, that provider use existing Building conduits and pipes or use Building contractors (or other contractors approved by Landlord); (vi) Landlord receives from the provider such compensation as is determined by Landlord to compensate it for space used in the Building for the storage and maintenance of the provider's equipment, for the fair market value of a provider's acces...

Telecommunication Equipment. At any time during the Lease term, Tenant may, upon notice to Landlord, install, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, telecommunication equipment upon the roof of the Building, without the payment of any additional charge, and Tenant shall have exclusive use of the roof of the Building. Tenant and Tenant’s service providers may use existing ducts and conduits as reasonably necessary to connect telephone and other communications services to the Premises, without any additional charge or fee. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any damage resulting to the roof or any other portion of the Premises from Tenant’s or Tenant’s service providers’ installation of such telecommunication equipment shall be the sole responsibility of Tenant.
Telecommunication Equipment. All equipment that connects directly to a telecommunication network, either public or private, will comply with Federal Communications Commission (FCC) requirements CFR Title 47, Part 68. Each unit will be labeled appropriately as required by the FCC rules.
Telecommunication Equipment. Tenant shall have the right during the Lease Term, at no rental fee, to operate and maintain its existing telecommunication equipment located on the roof of the Building as of the Lease Commencement Date (the “Existing Equipment”), and to the extent additional space is available from time to time on the roof of the Building, and subject to Landlord’s reasonable approval, to install, operate and maintain similar additional telecommunication equipment (“New Equipment”). Telecommunication Equipment. At any time during the Lease Term, Tenant may install, in accordance with plans reasonably approved by Landlord, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, telecommunication equipment upon the roof of the Building of a size and configuration and in locations reasonably approved by Landlord, without the payment of Base Rent or Operating Expenses or any charge for the same except utilities necessary to Tenant’s operation of the telecommunication equipment, provided that such telecommunications equipment is for Tenant’s use in connection with the conduct of its business at the Premises. Landlord may require Tenant to install screening around such equipment, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, as reasonably designated by Landlord. Tenant shall maintain such equipment, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. In the event Tenant elects to exercise its right to install telecommunication equipment as set forth in this Section 29.32, then Tenant shall give Landlord prior written notice thereof and Landlord and Tenant shall execute an amendment to this Lease covering the installation and maintenance of such equipment, Tenant’s indemnification of Landlord with respect thereto, Tenant’s obligation to remove such equipment upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, and other related matters. Tenant shall not lease or otherwise make available such telecommunications equipment to any third party (except a Transferee or an Affiliate). Tenant shall remove all of the telecommunications equipment at the expiration of the Term or the earlier termination of this Lease. Tenant shall make any repairs and restorations to the roof of the Building that may be required in Landlord’s reasonable judgment as a consequence of such removal. Landlord shall have no responsibility, obligation or liability of any nature whatsoever with respect to the telecommunications equipment; and Tenant shall protect, defend, and indemnify Landlord against and save Landlord harmless from any and all loss, costs, liability, damage or expense (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees and costs) incurred in connection with or in any way arising from the presence of the telecommunications equipment on the roof of the Building or the installation, use, operation, maintenance, repair, replacement or removal thereof by Tenant.
Telecommunication Equipment. Plains agrees to design, install, configure, own, and operate and maintain all telecommunications equipment (the "Telecommunication Equipment") necessary to safely and reliably operate the electrical power transmission facilities necessary to meet Enrons’all of Enron’s electrical power requirements for the proposed compressor station.Driver. Plains shall cooperate with Enron on the timing of the installation of the Telecommunication Equipment to meet Enron's required in service date for the Driver.
