Existing Building definition

Existing Building means a building that (a) was in existence and completely constructed on the date that the Applicant first submitted its Application, or (b) in respect of which the IESO has, in its sole and absolute discretion, issued a written confirmation that the building will be deemed an Existing Building for the purposes of the definition of Rooftop Facility.
Existing Building means buildings, structures, facilities or conditions which are already in existence or constructed and officially authorized prior to the effective date for the adoption of this Chapter. This definition shall apply to all situations covered by this chapter except where otherwise noted by this chapter.”
Existing Building means a building existing on the date of commencement of the town planning.

More Definitions of Existing Building

Existing Building or “existing works” means, respectively, a building or works erected, constructed or carried out before the date this Act becomes applicable to the area in which the building or works are situated, and includes a building or works, as the case may be, commenced before, but completed after such date;
