Use of the Existing Building: Maintain the existing building in a weathertight condition throughout the construction period.
Tenant does not rely on the fact, nor does Landlord represent, that any specific tenant or type or number of tenants shall, during the Lease Term, occupy any space in the Building, the Other Existing Building or Project.
Landlord confirms that the Existing Building has been constructed and/or renovated so that it complies with Applicable Laws and applicable Deed Restrictions.
This Amendment shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns, subject to Article VIII of the Existing Building Loan Agreement (and no other Person shall be deemed a benefited party hereunder under any circumstances).
