Additional Space definition

Additional Space means the additional space being added to the Lease by this Amendment, described as Suite 300 on the third floor of the Building, consisting of approximately 11,988 usable square feet and approximately 13,966 rentable square feet.
Additional Space means space in excess of facilities efficiency standards.
Additional Space means that space into which gas can be injected over and above the Minimum Rough Capacity, which has been created as the result of the operation of Rough by its previous owners and which can be quantified before the beginning of the Storage Year following observations on the pattern and extent of customer withdrawal nominations in the previous Storage Year, but which in any event will be no less than 1534 GWh;

Examples of Additional Space in a sentence

  • You understand that Management and Landlord require that you obtain insurance to protect you from loss of property and any liability to you and that Landlord and Management do not insure the contents of the Additional Space or liability to you.

  • You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Management and Landlord from and against any and all manner of claims for damages or loss of property or personal injury suffered in, on or about the Additional Space (including contents of your vehicle).

  • As per provisions set forth in this permit or as otherwise required by the Secretary, in accordance with the West Virginia Code, underlying regulations, permits and orders, the permittee shall conduct test(s) to determine compliance with the emission limitations set forth in this permit and/or established or set forth in underlying documents.The Secretary, or his duly authorized representative, may at his option witness or conduct such test(s).

  • The term of this Addendum will begin on and will expire on the Ending Date, and the Additional Space will be part of the Premises as defined in Section 3 of the Lease.

  • You agree to accept the Additional Space “AS IS”, and you will leave the Additional Space clean, swept, in good repair and with no oil or fluid stains upon your move out.


More Definitions of Additional Space

Additional Space means the Expansion Additional Space or the Lease Option Additional Space, as applicable in the circumstances.
Additional Space means Concession Space or Storage Space that is added to Licensed Space after the Effective Date pursuant to Section 5.1. Additional Space, if any, that is offered to Licensee is solely at the discretion of the Commissioner. Licensee has absolutely no right or entitlement to be offered any Additional Space, and the concept of Additional Space is solely for the benefit of the City to address vacancies in the Riverwalk Concession program.
Additional Space means all of the Leased Premises other than the Hospital Space, which currently consists of all of floor 6 of the Building, and the term “Hospital” shall mean the hospital operated in the Hospital Space which is currently University General Hospital.
Additional Space means Retail Space or Storage Space that is added to Leased Space after the Effective Date pursuant to Section 5.1, but does not include Relocation Space.
Additional Space means the space that Seller may elect to lease pursuant to Section 2.5.
Additional Space means the additional space being added to the Lease by this Amendment, described as the balance of the space on the first floor of the Building, consisting of approximately 12,492 usable square feet and approximately 14,697 rentable square feet, as shown on the attached Exhibit A.1.
Additional Space means Retail Space or Storage Space that is added to Leased Space after the Effective Date pursuant to Section 5.1 but does not include Relocation Space. Additional Space, if any that is offered to Tenant is solely at the discretion of the Commissioner. Tenant has absolutely no right or entitlement to be offered any Additional Space, and the concept of Additional Space is solely for the benefit of the Airport’s concession program.
