FCC Rules definition

FCC Rules means the rules, regulations, orders and promulgated and published policy statements of the FCC.
FCC Rules means Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations, as amended at any time and from time to time, and FCC decisions issued pursuant to the adoption of such regulations.
FCC Rules means the Communications Act of 1934, as amended by, inter alia, the Telecommunications Act of 1996, codified at 47 U.S.C. § 151 et seq., as it may be amended in the future, including the rules and regulations established by the FCC and codified in Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations, as the same may be amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time hereafter, and effective orders, rulings, and public notices of the FCC.

More Definitions of FCC Rules

FCC Rules means the Communications Act, and the rules and regulations established by the FCC under the Communications Act, as codified in Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations, as any of them may be modified or amended from time to time hereafter, together with all orders and public notices of the FCC.
