Common use of Telecommunication Equipment Clause in Contracts

Telecommunication Equipment. In the event that Tenant wishes at any time to utilize the services of a telephone or telecommunications provider whose equipment is not then servicing the Building, no such provider shall be permitted to install its lines or other equipment within the Building without first securing the prior written approval of Landlord, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed and Landlord may not charge such provider a fee to install such lines or equipment within the Building.
