Special Details Clause Samples
The "Special Details" clause serves to highlight or specify unique terms, conditions, or information that are not covered elsewhere in the agreement. This clause may include particulars such as specific deadlines, unique payment arrangements, or tailored obligations that apply only to the parties involved. By clearly setting out these customized elements, the clause ensures that all parties are aware of and agree to any non-standard provisions, thereby reducing ambiguity and helping to prevent future disputes over special arrangements.
