The Supervisor Shall. A. Hold a conference with each employee for whom an evaluation is completed. Note: The form may be completed at the time of the conference, if the Supervisor so wishes. B. Explain to each employee: ▪ The reasons for performance evaluation shall be given by the Supervisor. ▪ The Supervisor shall explain the kind of work performance expected. ▪ The Supervisor shall give the reasons for the evaluation given and any negative evaluation or comments shall include specific recommendations for improvements and provisions for assisting the employee in implementing any recommendations made, and ▪ The Supervisor and the employee may discuss any questions that the employee has concerning his/her job and/or the responsibilities and duties assigned. ▪ If the employee feels that the evaluation is improper, he/she may go to the Supervisor’s immediate superior to resolve differences. No regular employee shall be denied this privilege. C. Sign the performance evaluation form and obtain the signature of the employee. D. Submit the completed form to his/her immediate Supervisor for review and signature. E. Retain a copy of the performance evaluation form for the campus personnel file. F. Give the employee a copy of the completed form. (If the employee is not available, the Supervisor will send a copy of the form by certified mail to him/her at his/her last known address.) G. Send the original copy to District Human Resources Division to be placed in the employee’s personnel file.

  • Contractor shall Perform fully under the Contract;

  • The Supplier shall (a) Process the Personal Data only in accordance with instructions from the Authority to perform its obligations under this Framework Agreement; (b) ensure that at all times it has in place appropriate technical and organisational measures to guard against unauthorised or unlawful Processing of the Personal Data and/or accidental loss, destruction, or damage to the Personal Data; (c) not disclose or transfer the Personal Data to any third party or Supplier Personnel unless necessary for the provision of the Goods and/or Services and, for any disclosure or transfer of Personal Data to any third party, obtain the prior written consent of the Authority (save where such disclosure or transfer is specifically authorised under this Framework Agreement); (d) take reasonable steps to ensure the reliability and integrity of any Supplier Personnel who have access to the Personal Data and ensure that the Supplier Personnel: (i) are aware of and comply with the Supplier’s duties under this Clause 24.5.2 and Clause 24.2 (Confidentiality); (ii) are informed of the confidential nature of the Personal Data and do not publish, disclose or divulge any of the Personal Data to any third party unless directed in writing to do so by the Authority or as otherwise permitted by this Framework Agreement; and (iii) have undergone adequate training in the use, care, protection and handling of personal data (as defined in the DPA); (e) notify the Authority within five (5) Working Days if it receives: (i) from a Data Subject (or third party on their behalf) a Data Subject Access Request (or purported Data Subject Access Request), a request to rectify, block or erase any Personal Data or any other request, complaint or communication relating to the Authority's obligations under the DPA; (ii) any communication from the Information Commissioner or any other regulatory authority in connection with Personal Data; or (iii) a request from any third party for disclosure of Personal Data where compliance with such request is required or purported to be required by Law; (f) provide the Authority with full cooperation and assistance (within the timescales reasonably required by the Authority) in relation to any complaint, communication or request made (as referred to at Clause 24.5.2(e), including by promptly providing: (i) the Authority with full details and copies of the complaint, communication or request; (ii) where applicable, such assistance as is reasonably requested by the Authority to enable the Authority to comply with the Data Subject Access Request within the relevant timescales set out in the DPA; and (iii) the Authority, on request by the Authority, with any Personal Data it holds in relation to a Data Subject; and (g) if requested by the Authority, provide a written description of the measures that the Supplier has taken and technical and organisational security measures in place, for the purpose of compliance with its obligations pursuant to this Clause 24.5.2 and provide to the Authority copies of all documentation relevant to such compliance including, protocols, procedures, guidance, training and manuals.

  • Construction Manager The individual, partnership, corporation, joint venture, or any combination thereof, or its authorized representative, named as such by the District. If no Construction Manager is used on the Project that is the subject of this Contract, then all references to Construction Manager herein shall be read to refer to District.

  • Project Manager The term “Project Manager” refers to the employee of the State who has been assigned responsibility for overseeing and managing the proper and timely implementation of the project.

  • Contract Manager The Contract Manager for the Board is Xxxxxxx Xxxxx. The Contract Manager for the Contractor is the Contractor. The parties shall direct all matters arising in connection with the performance of this Agreement, other than notices, to the attention of the Contract Managers for attempted resolution or action. The Contract Managers shall be responsible for overall resolution, action, coordination, and oversight relating to the performance of this Agreement.

  • Site Safety Supervisor 62.1 On every job site, where the Employer is the principal contractor it shall appoint a management representative responsible for safety (Site Safety Supervisor). The Employer will ensure the Site Safety Supervisor has the necessary authority to ensure that all safety laws, procedures or Codes of Practice are observed, and that the following Safety Agreement is applied. 62.2 The Employer when appointing the person appointed as the Site Safety Supervisor must ensure that person has and maintainsthe appropriate experience and knowledge of the safety requirements of the work being performed. Other duties may be assigned by the Employer to a Site Safety Supervisor, provided that such duties shall not prevent him/her from exercising their duties as a Site Safety Supervisor.

  • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.

  • Manager 5.1. Rules relating to the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Managers shall be governed by the Act. Such provisions are hereinafter incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Manager shall have the powers set forth in Paragraph 5.3 below.

  • Supervisor Within ten (10) business days from the occurrence of the matter on which a complaint is based, or within ten (10) business days from his/her knowledge of such occurrence, an employee shall file a formal written grievance. Three copies of the departmental grievance form shall be completed by the employee stating the nature of the grievance and the remedy requested from his/her departmental Management. The employee shall submit two copies to his/her immediate supervisor and retain the third copy.

  • Emergency Manager An Emergency Manager appointed under the Local Financial Stability and Choice Act may reject, modify or terminate this collective bargaining agreement as provided within the Local Financial Stability and Choice Xxx 0000 PA 436, MCL 141.1541 to 141.1575.
