The Patrol Services clause defines the obligations and scope of services provided by a party responsible for monitoring and securing a specified area. Typically, this clause outlines the frequency and timing of patrols, the areas to be covered, and any specific duties such as reporting incidents or responding to alarms. Its core practical function is to ensure that security measures are consistently implemented, thereby reducing risks of unauthorized access, theft, or other security breaches.
Patrol Services. The SHERIFF hereby agrees to provide all necessary and appropriate law enforcement services in and for the CITY by providing two (2) deputies with patrol automobile for twenty-four
Patrol Services. In the event that there are patrol personnel patrolling the property, please understand that these persons are employees of a private patrol service retained by the Owner and are not employees of the Owner. The patrol personnel are not responsible for providing personal security to residents or their guests or occupants of any unit. The patrol personnel are to act as additional eyes and ears for the management at the property and are advised to contact the local law enforcement agency if there is a need for police services. Please remember that the patrol personnel are not equipped to provide personal security services, arc not intended to provide personal security services, and are not to be relied on for these types of services. Someone with a criminal intent can circumvent any procedure used by the patrol personnel or the company which they are employed by to commit a crime on the property. Do not rely upon these procedures for your personal security. Residents are encouraged to contact the local law enforcement agency in the event they are in need of any security concerns and to contact 911 in the event of an emergency.
Patrol Services. A. The FCSO shall provide 24-hour comprehensive law enforcement services within the municipal boundaries of the CITY and exercise sound professional discretion in the enforcement of all laws and ordinances. All call dispatching shall be handled by the FCSO. It is the specific understanding of the parties that in no event will any staff conditions at the FCSO lead to any reduction of level of service provided in this Agreement, or increase the overtime charge to the CITY under this Agreement.
B. The parties acknowledge that it is important for the CITY to have the FCSO’s personnel who are acquainted with the general make-up of the CITY and are familiar with the geography, its industrial business, educational, and residential composition, and its crime problems. The FCSO shall not utilize a third-party provider for the provisions of service referenced in this Agreement unless approved by the City Council in its sole and absolute discretion.
C. Nevertheless, the parties understand that from time to time emergencies may require the transfer of personnel to or from the municipal limits of the CITY on a temporary basis, to the same extent contemplated in a mutual aid agreement between any two independent law enforcement agencies.
D. No deputy shall perform for the CITY any function not within the scope of duties of such deputy in performing the same kind of services for the FCSO.
E. The FCSO shall furnish to and maintain for the benefit of the CITY, except as otherwise provided herein, all necessary labor, supervision, equipment and supplies necessary and proper for the purpose of performing the services, duties and responsibilities set forth and contemplated herein and as necessary to maintain the level of service to be provided under this Agreement (hereinafter the “Palm Coast District”).
F. Should the CITY desire that the FCSO provide services either different in kind, or at a higher level than that contemplated herein, the City Manager shall have the authority to negotiate with the FCSO regarding modification of the Agreement and shall bring any modification to which the FCSO agrees to the City Council for appropriate action.
G. The FCSO shall provide uniformed deputy sheriff(s) to provide law enforcement services at all City Council meetings at no additional cost to the CITY. Uniformed deputy sheriff(s) shall also provide law enforcement services at City Council workshops when requested by the City Manager at no additional cost to the CITY.
Patrol Services. The assigned MCSO personnel will provide law enforcement services within the incorporated boundaries of the City. The law enforcement services shall include the duties and law enforcement functions customarily rendered by the MCSO under the statutes of the State of Oregon and the laws and ordinances of the City. Services include: • One assigned armed, uniformed deputy per shift as assigned by the Sheriff, providing 24/7/365 coverage to perform patrol functions. • 24/7/365 coverage provided by the on-duty patrol Sergeant. • A command-level officer to serve as Chief of Police for City, pursuant to section 5 below. • During peak service times, as determined by the Sheriff through data analysis, one additional armed, uniformed deputy providing ten hours per day, seven days per week coverage to perform patrol functions. • Reactive patrol to enforce state law and City-adopted municipal, traffic and criminal codes, and to respond to calls for service. • Proactive patrol to prevent and deter criminal activity, and provide other community law enforcement services as requested by the City.
Patrol Services. The assigned deputy will provide police and related services within the incorporated boundaries of the City. Services include: Reactive patrol to enforce state law and City-adopted municipal, traffic and criminal codes, and to respond to calls for service; and Proactive patrol to prevent and deter criminal activity, and provide other and community police services as directed by the Police Commissioner.
Patrol Services. The County agrees to provide additional patrol services during high-risk periods and when requested by the District for special events, up to 180 hours per month. The time blocks and the number of patrols for high risk periods shall be determined by the Department and the Department shall notify the General Manager of the District of the schedule. For special events, the District and County shall coordinate so as to ensure that adequate notice is given to the County in advance of the event to schedule the patrol services. The Department and the District may amend the number of hours by the mutual written consent of the Department and the District. The deputy providing the services must, at a minimum, drive by the District properties to be agreed upon by the County and the District's General Manager, including the District park properties, community center and the District's administrative office, during each patrol. During the walk-through, the deputy will monitor the facilities located in the parks for vandalism. A written report stating the date and time of each patrol and any incidents or other activities observed will be submitted monthly. This agreement will in no way relieve the County of its obligation to provide routine patrol services to property within the District on the same basis as these services are provided to other property within the County. These services are in addition to, and not in lieu of, these routine services.
Patrol Services. You acknowledge that Patrol Services are shared with other customers of Panorama Security.
Patrol Services. Provide vehicles and vehicle patrol services to designated facilities and locations throughout the County. Provide facility and panic alarm response to facilities and locations as designated by the Workplace Security Program. Maintain 24/7 direct communications with County contracted alarm monitoring services, Security Operations Center and Facilities Management.

Patrol Services. The County agrees to provide additional patrol services in 2 hour blocks, during high-risk periods, 4 days per week. The time blocks and the number of patrols may be changed by mutual agreement of the parties. The deputy providing the services must, at a minimum, drive through the parking lot for Block House Park and walk through the Park, including the nature trails behind basketball court, during each patrol. During each walk-through, the deputy will monitor the restrooms located in the Park for vandalism. The deputy will also enforce the District's park curfew and park rules, including use restrictions and "no parking" regulations, and will monitor the condition of the street lighting and the traffic control and street signs within the District. The deputy wili report any non-functioning street lights or missing signs to the District's general manager. A written report stating the date and time of each patrol and any incidents or other activities observed will be submittl!d monthly, by the last day of the month. This agreement will in no way relieve the County of its obligation to provide routine patrol services to property within the District on the same basis as these services are provided to other property within the County. These services are in addition to, and not in lieu of, these routine services.
