Show-up. 15.02 An Employee reporting for work at the regular starting time and for whom no work is available shall receive two (2) hours pay at the Employee's basic wage rate plus benefits as per Clause 8.01 of this Agreement. To be eligible to receive reporting pay the Employee must report to the shop at the regular starting time and remain there for one (1) hour unless said Employee is released sooner by the Employer. Should the Employer notify the Employee at least one (1) hour prior to the start of the shift that no work is available there will be no show-up time paid to said Employee. Should an Employee receive during his/her regular day shift three (3) or more hours straight time pay on a day that said Employee is entitled to show-up pay then that Employee shall not be entitled to said show-up pay for that given day.

Show-up. (a) When an employee or prospective employee reports to work at the scheduled starting time and he is prepared to work, he shall be entitled to a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the applicable rate of pay and any travel time and transportation applicable whether he commences work or not. In such event, the Employer may require the employee(s) to remain on the site and may also require him to perform any work that may be available. On out of town work, where employees do not show commute daily, an employee will be entitled to receive the above noted show up pay unless they are advised, prior to the completion of their shift, of the cancellation of the next shift. If an employee is asked to “stand-by” beyond the two hours show-up, the employee will be paid a minimum of four hours pay at the applicable rate of pay. If the employee is asked to “stand-by” in excess of four hours they will be paid the applicable hourly rate for each hour spent standing-by beyond four hours.

Show-up. (a) When work cannot proceed on any day due to inclement weather or other emergency beyond the Employer's control, Employees will be paid not less than three (3) hours pay, provided that the Employee has reported for work and remains on the job for the full three (3) hours. Whenever a xxxxxxx shows up for work on projects in Zones 3 or 4, and is prevented from working due to weather, he shall be paid for two (2) hours each working day at the appropriate zone pay except when he has been notified at the EMPLOYER'S expense not to do so through posted notice at mutually agreed times and places not to exceed two (2) locations unless mutually agreed at the pre-job conference that more locations are necessary. Whenever a xxxxxxx shows up for work on projects in Zones 1, 2, or 3 and is prevented from working for reasons beyond the EMPLOYER'S control other than weather he shall be paid for two (2) hours each working day at the appropriate zone pay plus fringes. The EMPLOYER will make every effort to post the notice(s) if weather will prevent work.
Show-up. All employees shall be obligated to report for work each day Monday through Friday at the designated starting time as set forth in this Article; however, employees may be notified up until midnight of the previous day for a single shift operation or within six (6) hours after the end of the employee’s shift on a multiple shift operation by an authorized representative of the Employer if there is no work the following day. Otherwise the employee shall report for work and be paid pursuant to the terms of this article. Employees personally notified on the job before quitting time the previous day or by telephone shall be the only valid means of notification of not reporting for work. The employee shall remain at the job site if so directed by the Employer or his representative. In the event the employee is held more than two (2) hours or is started to work at any time he shall receive a minimum of eight (8) hours pay and shall be paid pursuant to the following for all shifts Sunday through Saturday. Employees laid off and rehired within the same calendar week shall be paid the show up time two hours (2) for the days the employee was on layoff.
