Follow-up. Follow up initial solicitations of interest by contacting the SBEs to determine with certainty whether the enterprises are interested in performing specific items involved in work.
Follow-up. The Employer agrees to follow-up each incident as soon as possible after an occurrence of violence in the workplace. The purpose of this follow-up will be to review the incident, gather facts, explore ways in which the Employee may be supported, review how such an incident could have been avoided and what measures, if any, are required to prevent or reduce the likelihood of such an incident from occurring again. The degree of follow-up will be dependent on the specific situation.
Follow-up i. Following the participation/viewing of the course, MICMT will provide feedback for mentorship purposes. It is not the intent to change any approval status of a training organization. ii. Only if the training organization fails to comply with the approved course curriculum or fails to demonstrate a sufficient knowledge of the topics will approval status be considered.
Follow-up. This phase is a follow-up to the remediation phase, if any. Observations need not be as extensive as in the first observation phase should it be apparent that significant progress is taking place through the remediation program.
Follow-up. 1. The chairperson will review the results of student evaluations of all non- tenured Bargaining Unit Members and discuss the results with the faculty member. 2. The teacher’s primary care physician shall work with the teacher regarding any change in health status and the teacher through the primary care physician shall notify the school physician of any change. B. If any new information is brought to the attention of the school physician or any member of the medical review team, the procedures outlined in Section 8.133 will be followed.

Follow-up. Subrecipient shall provide follow-up services for a minimum duration of 12 months to youth who have completed program services as well as youth who may have dropped out of the program but need additional services unless the youth declines to receive follow-up services or the youth cannot be located or contacted. The type of services provided, and the intensity of services must be determined based on the needs of the youth. Follow-up services must include more than a contact or attempted contact, a service must be provided (if possible). Contacting an individual for securing documentation in order to report a performance outcome does not constitute a follow-up service. Follow up services for youth may include, but are not limited to the following program elements: i. Supportive services; ii. Adult mentoring; iii. Financial literacy education; iv. Services that provide labor market information and employment information about in-demand industry sectors; v. Activities that help youth prepare for and transition to postsecondary education and training; and vi. Other services necessary to ensure the success of the youth in employment and/or post-secondary education. All youth must receive some form of follow-up services for a minimum duration of 12 months unless the youth declines to receive follow-up services or the youth cannot be located or contacted. The types of services provided, and the intensity of services must be determined based on the needs of the youth. Follow-up services must include more than a contact or attempted contact, a service must be provided (if possible). Contacting an individual for securing documentation in order to report a performance outcome does not constitute a follow-up service.
Follow-up i) Follow-up care may include but is not limited to counselling and medical treatment. ii) Follow-up administrative support may include but is not limited to the completion of forms and other documentation related to the injury or exposure. iii) The University will provide access to a reasonable level of follow-up administrative support to Students who incur an injury or exposure to an infectious or environmental hazard in the course of their placement with the Hospital. The relevant Teaching Program will specify the individual or individual(s) who hold primary responsibility for providing this administrative support. iv) The nature of and responsibility for follow-up care will be determined jointly by appropriate representatives of the University and the Hospital, on a case-by-case basis, in a timely manner. As an outcome of this discussion, the Student will be presented with one or more of the following options regarding where they may access follow-up care:
Follow-up. The Recipient will conduct follow-up with all Clients and Approved Participants who received a consultation through SBEC Core services and completed Summer Company and Starter Company Plus at exit to report on the impact performance metrics outlined in Schedule C, Section C4. or until an outcome performance metric is reported. The Recipient is required to maintain Clients and Approved Participant contact information.
