REPORTING FOR WORK. 15.01 An employee called out to work after he has completed his regular shift and gone home shall be given not less than two hours work, or if work is not available, shall be paid for two hours at the overtime rate plus any applicable transportation and travel allowance.

REPORTING FOR WORK. 23.01 An employee reporting for work on instructions of the company for whom no work or less than four (4) hours' work is available shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours' time at the hourly wage rate he/she would have received if he/she had actually worked a total of four (4) hours. This provision shall not apply when such lack of work is due to a labour dispute, fire, flood or other cause beyond the control of the company.

(1) An employee who reports for work at the start of his/her regular shift or at the time appointed by the Company without previously having been notified not to report, shall be given at least four (4) hours work, or if no work is available, four (4) hours pay at base hourly rate, except that if work is unavailable as the result of causes beyond the control of the Company, it shall not be so obligated.
REPORTING FOR WORK. It shall be the duty of all employees to report for work on each and every working day at the prescribed hours as set out in the hours of work schedule required to be posted in accordance with the Employment Standards Act. Failure of employees to comply with the provisions of this clause will result in disciplinary action by the City, provided however, that where an employee if unable to report personally because of sickness, such employee will notify the immediate supervisor or some other official of the City by telephone, if possible, prior to the commencement of the working day, or as soon as possible thereafter. The City and the Union agree to continue investigating the practicality of flexible hours and compressed work week. It was agreed that neither the City nor Union will be bound in any way to implementing any recommendation or proposition emanating from the experimentation.
REPORTING FOR WORK. 4.01 When an employee reports for work at the normal starting time of the shift and his/her regular job is not available, he/she will receive alternate work or pay equivalent to four (4) hours at his/her hourly earned rate. This will not apply under the following conditions:
REPORTING FOR WORK. 13.01 The Company agrees that an employee reporting for work at the commencement of his/her regular shift, unless previously notified in advance not to do so, shall be entitled to either of the following provisions unless failure to supply work is due to conditions beyond the control of the Company which shall include but not be restricted to fire, flood, electrical or mechanical breakdown.
REPORTING FOR WORK. An employee reporting for work on his regular shift shall be paid his regular rate of pay for all hours worked, with a minimum of two (2) hours' pay if he does not commence work and a minimum of four ( 4 ) hours' pay if he does commence work.
