Security Lead. Responsible for the assessment, planning and implementation of all security standards, practices and components required for the MEMS. Responsible for adherence to CHFS security standards, communications with CHFS ISO, compliance with HIPAA requirements, and IRS Federal Tax Information. Must have CISM, GIAC or CISSP certification and at least five (5) years of similar experience. The selected Vendor shall provide an Organizational Chart that will account for all Key Roles as well as the Lead roles listed below.

Security Lead. Within 10 Working Days of the Effective Date, the Recipient must appoint a Security Lead. The Recipient shall inform the Authority of the name and contact details (including any subsequent updates from time to time) of the Security Lead. The Security Lead shall: lead on the development, maintenance and implementation of the Recipient's security strategy; engage with the Authority as appropriate on security matters relating to the Project; ensure security decisions are taken at the appropriate level within the corporate governance structure of the Recipient; ensure the Project complies with the Recipient's legal obligations relating to security matters; maintain close linkages with the Authority on security matters, particularly in relation to research and development opportunities, security gaps and learning outcomes; and participate in relevant security forums to share learning from the Project to improve security across the Supply Chain Diversification Ecosystem. Within eight weeks of the Effective Date, the Recipient must prepare and submit to the Authority for review, a written security strategy which, at a minimum: demonstrates how Project security and resilience requirements will be met and maintained; adopts best practices and appropriate standards relating to security; includes details of relevant security policies in relation to the Recipient and/or the Project; describes the Recipient's security risk management approach; describes the Recipient's approach to identification and assessment of security threats and vulnerabilities and implementation of mitigations; contains a proportionate testbed security architecture showing how the system will be protected; identifies potential areas for security research and development. Following submission of the security strategy to the Authority for review under Clause 28.5, the Parties shall agree the finalised security strategy and the Recipient shall take into account any reasonable comments or requests raised by the Authority in relation to the content of the strategy. PUBLICITY AND MEDIA PROTOCOL The Recipient will ensure that all publicity (including websites, media, press releases and other written material created, issued and/or used by the Recipient, the Project Partners and/or either of their Representatives or Affiliates) relating to the work funded by the Grant will comply with the Media Protocol.   • Security Badging Any Company employee, or any employee of its contractors or agents, that require unescorted access to the Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) to perform work under this Agreement will be badged with an Airport identification badge (hereinafter referred to as "Badge") provided by Authority’s ID Badging Department and will be subject to an FBI fingerprint-based criminal history records check (CHRC) and an annual Security Threat Assessment (STA). A new or renewed Badge will not be issued to an individual until the results of the CHRC and the STA are completed and indicate that the applicant has not been convicted of a disqualifying criminal offense. If the CHRC or STA discloses a disqualifying criminal offense, the individual’s new or renewed badge application will be rejected. The costs of the CHRC and the annual STA will be paid by Company. These costs are subject to change without notice, and Company will be responsible for paying any increase in the costs. All badged employees of Company and its contractors or agents will comply with Authority's regulations regarding the use and display of Badges. Company will be assessed a fine for each Badge that is lost, stolen, unaccounted for or not returned to Authority at the time of Badge expiration, employee termination, termination of the Agreement, or upon written request by Authority. This fine will be paid by Company within 15 days from the date of invoice. The fine is subject to change without notice, and Company will be responsible for paying any increase in the fine. If any Company employee is terminated or leaves Company’s employment, Authority must be notified immediately, and the Badge must be returned to Authority promptly.

  • Security Cameras Security cameras have been installed throughout the Facility; however, they will not routinely be used in areas where there is an expectation of privacy, such as restrooms or patient care areas.

  • Security System The site and the Work area may be protected by limited access security systems. An initial access code number will be issued to the Contractor by the County. Thereafter, all costs for changing the access code due to changes in personnel or required substitution of contracts shall be paid by the Contractor and may be deducted from payments due or to become due to the Contractor. Furthermore, any alarms originating from the Contractor’s operations shall also be paid by the Contractor and may be deducted from payments due or to become due to the Contractor.

  • Security Systems The Service may not be compatible with security systems. You may be required to maintain a telephone connection through your local exchange carrier in order to use any alarm monitoring functions for any security system installed in your home or business. You are responsible for contacting the alarm monitoring company to test the compatibility of any alarm monitoring or security system with the Service.

  • Security Services CONTRACTOR shall provide security services designed for preventing escapes, maintaining order, providing care, custody, control, supervision and management of the inmate population. A successful security program depends heavily on staff training, effective administration, and the establishment of inmate programs. The organization, staffing, and administration of the security program are vital to the Facility. The direction provided by a well-organized and clearly articulated operations manual, and emergency planning provides a solid base for successful administration. The final operations manual shall be submitted to the Bureau prior to the Service Commencement Date and shall be reviewed annually and updated as needed. Documentation of the review shall be provided annually to the On- Site Contract Monitor. Changes to the plan require written permission by the Contract Manager. The Department reserves the right to require changes to plans submitted to the Bureau.

  • Security Contact Operator shall provide the name and contact information of Operator's Security Contact on Exhibit F. The LEA may direct security concerns or questions to the Security Contact.

  • Security Bond The security bond provides protection to Owner if Contractor presents an acceptable guaranteed maximum price (“GMP”) to Owner but is unable to deliver the required payment and performance bonds within the time period stated below.

  • Security Clause Any employees in this Unit who have authorized Union dues deductions on the effective date of this agreement or at any time subsequent to the effective date of this agreement shall continue to have such dues deduction made by the County during the term of this agreement; provided, however, that any employee in the Unit may terminate such Union dues deduction each year during the period August 1 to August 15, by notifying the Union of their termination of Union dues deduction. Such notification shall be by certified mail and should be in the form of a letter containing the following information: employee name, employee number, job classification, department name and name of Union from which dues deductions are to be cancelled. The Union will provide the County's Auditor-Controller with the appropriate documentation to process these dues cancellations within ten (10) business days after the close of the withdrawal period.

  • Security Management The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the DOD 5200.1-M and the DD Form 254. Security of the Contractor’s electronic media shall be in accordance with the above documents. Effective Program Security shall require the Contractor to address Information Security and Operations Security enabled by the Security Classification Guides. The Contractor’s facility must be able to handle and store material up to the Classification Level as referenced in Attachment J-01, DD Form 254.
