Security Bond. The security bond provides protection to Owner if Contractor presents an acceptable guaranteed maximum price (“GMP”) to Owner but is unable to deliver the required payment and performance bonds within the time period stated below.

Security Bond upon execution of this Agreement, Construction Manager shall provide a security bond on the form provided by the Owner in the amount of 5% of the Construction Cost Limitation. The surety for a security bond shall meet the same requirements as set forth for payment and performance bonds.

Security Bond. 15. Hirers are required to pay a bond when hiring a venue, which is held as security against any loss or damages to the building, fixtures, furniture or appliances. It is also used as a guarantee for maintaining and returning the venue in a clean state and compliance with all other terms and conditions of hire. In the event a venue is damaged or returned in an unclean state, or if there is a breach of these terms and conditions Council reserves the right to withhold part or all of the bond to cover the cost of repairs or cleaning. If the costs of any repairs exceed the amount of the bond, the Hirer may be charged for any additional amount. The prescribed bond deductions are as follows: • Any damage to the venue - charged at the cost of repairs • Additional cleaning required – minimum $200 • Staying beyond the approved event or function conclusion time - full forfeiture • Any alcohol not declared – full forfeiture • Any illegal activity – full forfeiture • Smoking inside or within 10 metres of venue entrance – full forfeiture • The stated maximum capacity of the venue must not be exceeded at any time. • The hirer is responsible for ensuring that fire doors and emergency exists are not obstructed and access is freely available to all stairways, exits and fire escapes. Please Note: Bond Fees will be returned in full should the Hirer meet the Terms and Conditions of hire and an inspection undertaken of the facility after hire is satisfactory. Xxxx fees will be refunded via cheque and may take 14 working days to process. A bond can only be refunded to the payee listed on the payment of fees receipt CANCELLATION
Security Bond. 3.1 The Liability Deposit as stated in the Rental Agreement is required upon the collection of the Vehicle. You must provide a valid Visa or Mastercard to pay the Security Bond and the amount will be debited to Your card on the day of Vehicle collection. The credit card holder must be present and able to sign for the Security Bond upon Vehicle collection.
Security Bond. A Security Bond is required for all Bookings and is payable as part of the Booking Amount. The Owners agree to transfer to the bank account nominated by the Guest via electronic transfer within 7 days of the end of the Booking period 100% of the Security Bond less any deductions as described below. At the conclusion of the Booking period, the Owner will inspect the Property and deduct from the Security Bond, at the Owners complete discretion, amounts relating to any damage, loss or expense incurred by the Owners.
Security Bond. 13.1 We may impose a credit limit or require you to provide a Security Bond.

Before your arrival, Coffs Coast Accommodation will pre-authorise a security deposit payment of $2000 or $1500 for our luxury properties, or $1000 for our family-friendly properties using the credit card provided. To bring your pet to Pet Friendly properties, there is an additional bond of $500. The Security Bond will be credited to your card within seven days following your departure, less any deductions per the conditions listed below. Once the property has been inspected and considered, at the absolute discretion of Coffs Coast Accommodation, to be in the same condition as when you arrived. Compensation for damage, loss or theft, any excess cleaning that may be necessary after your stay or payment of penalties for overstaying or breach of house rules or for any other breaches of these Terms & Conditions, will be applied against the Bond. Coffs Coast Accommodation will be entitled to make further deductions from this credit or debit card over and above the pre-authorisation should such charges be required. Furthermore, should the cost of repairs or replacement caused by damage exceeds the amount of the Bond or the credit available, Coffs Coast Accommodation has the right to pursue you for the entire amount plus expenses. In the unlikely event, a property sustains an insurance event that precludes the availability of a property, the owners of the booked property reserve the right to alter or amend any scheduled reservation before the check- in date. We will offer you the opportunity to rebook another property if available, rebook alternate dates or be provided with a full refund. Please refer to the annexure in this document for the Security Bond Agreement.
Security Bond. The Charterer is required to pay a Security Bond (ordinarily held through a credit card authorisation). The amount of the Security Bond applicable to the booking will vary according to the Vessel selected.
