Publicity and Media. The Contractor shall not make any public statements or communications relating to the existence or performance of the Agreement, including the Services and the Work, or conduct any interviews or respond to any inquiries, concerning the same, without the express written consent of ASTHO. All media inquiries shall be directed to the ASTHO Office of Communications.
Publicity and Media. 37.1 Without prejudice to the Authority’s obligations under the FOIA, neither Party shall make any press announcements or publicise the Agreement or any part thereof in any way, except with the written consent of the other Party (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).
