Provide the approximate dollar value of the business’ five (5) largest contracts in the last two (2) years, under which the Offeror provided solutions identical or very similar to those required by this RFP. Government experience is preferred. Quest Technology Management’s strategic partner, Pondera Solutions, works exclusively in government programs. Quest Technology Management provides the hosting environment for all of Pondera’s current implementations. Pondera’s contracts are very similar to the Master Agreements that are sought through this RFP. In addition to the contracts listed below, Pondera participates on the California Software Licensing Program which is also a leveraged purchasing program. The SLP program is administered by the Department of General Services for the State of California. The total approximate dollar value of their 5 largest contracts in the last two years is $9,250,000. Under these contracts, Pondera provides their Fraud Detection as a Service (FDaaS) solution, the cloud based data analytics tool which we are offering through this RFP. As an example of their deployments, we have included the details of 3 current implementations.

Scope of Experience. Suzy School Live will take place starting on June 7-8, 2024 via Zoom. It is agreed that due to the various needs of the students, there is not a one-size-fits-all curriculum offered. It is agreed that internal work and external work is required to see results. Government experience is preferred. RETARUS RESPONSE: Retarus has been providing services to large enterprises and governmental organization since 1992. As a Gartner recognized vendor, Retarus has vast experience in working with both commercial and governmental organizations, from the State level to County level, like State of Arkansas, Allianz, National Labor Relations Board, University of Northern Iowa, Sony, and many more enterprise and governmental organizations. Retarus has provided a mix of small and large governmental and commercial contracts. Due to confidentiality agreements with these organizations, names are kept confidential, when applicable. All of these organizations currently utilize Retarus’ Cloud Fax Services, which is the service submitted with this RFP. All of these contracts have all been awarded in the last few years. When appropriate, Retarus would be happy to assist in arranging a reference call around working with Retarus, capabilities, or service.

  • Independent Expert The Parties and the other signatories may, upon written agreement, resort to an independent expert in order to obtain a well-grounded opinion that may lead to the settlement of the dispute or controversy. In case such agreement is signed, arbitration may only be filed after issuance of the expert’s opinion.

  • Advancement of Expenses To the extent not prohibited by law, the Company shall advance the expenses incurred by Indemnitee in connection with any proceeding, and such advancement shall be made within twenty (20) days after the receipt by the Company of a statement or statements requesting such advances (which shall include invoices received by Indemnitee in connection with such expenses but, in the case of invoices in connection with legal services, any references to legal work performed or to expenditures made that would cause Indemnitee to waive any privilege accorded by applicable law shall not be included with the invoice) and upon request of the Company, an undertaking to repay the advancement of expenses if and to the extent that it is ultimately determined by a court of competent jurisdiction in a final judgment, not subject to appeal, that Indemnitee is not entitled to be indemnified by the Company. Advances shall be unsecured, interest free and without regard to Indemnitee’s ability to repay the expenses. Advances shall include any and all expenses actually and reasonably incurred by Indemnitee pursuing an action to enforce Indemnitee’s right to indemnification under this Agreement, or otherwise and this right of advancement, including expenses incurred preparing and forwarding statements to the Company to support the advances claimed. Indemnitee acknowledges that the execution and delivery of this Agreement shall constitute an undertaking providing that Indemnitee shall, to the fullest extent required by law, repay the advance if and to the extent that it is ultimately determined by a court of competent jurisdiction in a final judgment, not subject to appeal, that Indemnitee is not entitled to be indemnified by the Company. The right to advances under this Section shall continue until final disposition of any proceeding, including any appeal therein. This Section 6 shall not apply to any claim made by Indemnitee for which indemnity is excluded pursuant to Section 10(b).

  • General Experience The Applicant shall meet the following minimum criteria: -

  • Recognition for Past Experience All RNs hired during the term of this Agreement shall be given full credit (year for year) for continuous recent experience when placed on the wage scale. For the purpose of this section, continuous recent experience as a registered nurse shall be defined as clinical nursing experience in an accredited hospital or skilled nursing facility (including temporary employment with an employer) without a break in nursing experience that would reduce the level of nursing skills in the opinion of the Employer.

  • Work Experience Formula hour equivalents will be given on the basis of the following number of students enrolled at fourth week census: 5-14 students enrolled = 1 (one) formula hour 15-24 students enrolled = 2 (two) formula hours 25-34 students enrolled = 3 (three) formula hours

  • Prior Experience 3.4.6 The teacher is responsible for providing proof of experience satisfactory to the School Division in accordance with this article.

  • Informal Resolution of Disputes 10.5.1 Upon receipt by one Party of notice of a dispute by the other Party pursuant to Section 10.3 or Section 10.4.5, each Party will appoint a knowledgeable, responsible representative to meet and negotiate in good faith to resolve any dispute arising under this Agreement. The location, form, frequency, duration, and conclusion of these discussions will be left to the discretion of the representatives. Upon agreement, the representatives may utilize other alternative Dispute Resolution procedures such as mediation to assist in the negotiations. Discussions and the correspondence among the representatives for purposes of settlement are exempt from discovery and production and will not be admissible in the arbitration described below or in any lawsuit without the concurrence of both Parties. Documents identified in or provided with such communications that were not prepared for purposes of the negotiations are not so exempted, and, if otherwise admissible, may be admitted in evidence in the arbitration or lawsuit.
