Engagement Model definition

Engagement Model means the processes for engagement established in Appendix B including the Engagement Levels, Activity Types, Sensitivity Areas, Engagement Matrix, and Issues Resolution processes. The Engagement Model is differentiated from Joint Initiatives in that the former is largely driven by external factors such as Applications or routine administrative decisions, whereas the latter are project-type initiatives undertaken by agreement at the discretion of the Parties;
Engagement Model refers to a defined Program category as stated in the Program Guide.
Engagement Model means the delivery model for providing a particular set of Services, as provided in Section 5 of Schedule A.

  • If this Run On Premise Model is terminated, rescinded or ends in any other way, Partner’s right to provide Run Delivered Support to any Supported End User under this Run On Premise Model as set out in Article 2 (Engagement Model) immediately ends.
