IT Services definition
IT Services any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Company's or any of the Subsidiaries' data processing or data transfer requirements, including facilities management, bureau services, hardware maintenance, software development or support, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services;
IT Services means information technology services, including, without limitation, (a) certain technology-related services under technology agreements with Franchisees; (b) implementing new software solutions; and (c) acquiring, providing and/or installing IT equipment, including computers, web-based mobile device, point-of-sale system, kitchen display equipment, speed of service equipment, network infrastructure equipment and order confirmation system.
IT Services means those services to be provided to Balfour ▇▇▇▇▇▇ by the Supplier pursuant to this Agreement including the services set out on the Purchase Order;
Examples of IT Services in a sentence
If the Customer has concerns regarding the performance of the IT Services with reference to these policies and targets, and such concerns have not been satisfactorily addressed through the Customer’s usual channels of communication with the Supplier regarding the IT Services, the Customer may escalate the matter via its Relationship Manager at a Management Meeting.
For example, terminating Marketing Services would not terminate the IT Services however terminating the IT Services would terminate the Marketing Services.
More Definitions of IT Services
IT Services means those services that Licensee provides to Customers utilizing the Software for the purpose of managing software vulnerabilities within Customer’s internal organization.
IT Services has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3.

IT Services means computer-related services and telecommunications-related services, including each arrangement for the provision of data processing; and

IT Services means information technology services, and shall include the managing, operating and maintaining of: all physical technological devices (including processor, input and output devices, storage devices, networks, communications devices and media); all logical technological components (including operating systems, control programs, schedules, measurement systems, report generators and interface software); all application specific logic components; and all data assets pertaining to products used by the Analytical Instruments Business or otherwise required to provide Services. It also shall include consulting services and coordination with outside providers consistent with services currently provided, and assistance in the implementation and maintenance of the SAP program.
