The Lead State reserves the right to use, reproduce and publish proposals in any manner necessary for State agencies and local units of government to access the responses, including but not limited to photocopying, State Intranet/Internet postings, broadcast faxing, and direct mailing.
Any adjustment or amendment to the Master Agreement shall not be effective unless approved by the Lead State.
Master Agreement amendments will be negotiated by the Lead State with the Contractor whenever necessary to address changes in the terms and conditions, costs, timetable, or increased or decreased scope of work.
Contractor shall not assign, sell, transfer, subcontract or sublet rights, or delegate responsibilities under this Master Agreement, in whole or in part, without the prior written approval of the Lead State.
The Lead State, or Participating Entity, shall not assign, delegate or otherwise transfer all or any part of this Master Agreement without prior written consent from Contractor, except for assignment or delegation to a Participating Entity State agency or eligible Purchasing Entity.
