Examples of Lead State in a sentence
The Lead State shall not be required to provide advance written notice or a cure period and may immediately terminate this Master Agreement in whole or in part if the Lead State, in its sole discretion, determines that it is reasonably necessary to preserve public safety or prevent immediate public crisis.
If the Contractor cannot certify this statement, attach a written explanation for review by the Lead State.
Any waiver by the Lead State, Participating Entity, or Purchasing Entity must be in writing.
Failure to provide evidence of coverage may, at the sole option of the Lead State, or any Participating Entity, result in this Master Agreement’s termination or the termination of any Participating Addendum.
The rights and obligations herein exist in addition to any quality assurance obligation in the Master Agreement requiring the Contractor to self-audit contract obligations and that permits the Lead State to review compliance with those obligations.
