General Experience. The Applicant shall meet the following minimum criteria: -
(a) Average Annual turnover for the last 2 years - Shall be as specified in the Qualification Criteria.
(b) Successful completion as a prime contractor or sub-contractor in the contract as specified in the Qualification Criteria
General Experience. The Applicant shall meet the following minimum criteria: -
(a) Average Annual turnover for the last 2 years - KShs. 500,000,000/-.
(b) Successful completion as a prime contractor or sub-contractor in the execution of at least three (3) road maintenance projects of a similar nature and comparable in complexity to the proposed contract within the last three years.
General Experience. The requirement is for specified and agreed experts from the Contractors to be able to provide significant skills and experience relevant to individual cases.
General Experience. Provider shall possess organizational skills and the ability to schedule transportation appointments in a manner that assures children and youth are picked up and dropped off at the scheduled appointment time.

Individuals without the preferred Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field, but who have at least seven (7) years of experience in the field of Human Services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The Department will review the applicant’s experience, education and training, other qualifications and the current resume.
General Experience. The Purchaser acknowledges that it can bear the economic risk of its investment, and has such knowledge and experience in financial or business matters that it is capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the investment in the Purchased Shares and has the capacity to protect its own interests. The Purchaser represent and warrant that the Purchased Shares are purchased on an “As Is” basis, subject only to the specific representations of the Company set forth above (with the acknowledgment that the Company has not provided any other representations or warranties, expressed or implied).
General Experience. The Applicant shall meet the following minimum criteria:
(a) Average annual turnover (defined as billing for works in progress and completed in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) over the last five years of 40 per cent of the value of contract/contracts applied for.
(b) Experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway (road and/or bridge works)/airport runway of at least 40 per cent of the value of proposed contract within the last five years. The works may have been executed by the Applicant as prime contractor or as a member of joint venture or sub contractor. As sub contractor, he should have acquired the experience of execution of all major items of works under the proposed contract. In case a project has been executed by a joint venture, weightage towards experience of the project would be given to each joint venture in proportion to their participation in the joint venture. Substantially completed works means those works which are at least 90% completed as on the date of submission (ie. Gross value of work done up to the last date of submission is 90% or more of the original contract price) and continuing satisfactorily. For these a certificate from the employer shall be submitted along with the application incorporating clearly the name of the work, Contract value, billing amount, date of commencement of works, satisfactory performance of the contractor and any other relevant information.
General Experience. Five (5) years’ job-related experience in the healthcare industry with specific emphasis on new client implementations and/or account management is required.
General Experience. Provider shall possess organizational skills and the ability to schedule transportation appointments in a manner that assures children and youth are picked up and dropped off at the scheduled appointment time, as well as communicate any in-ride concerns that may emerge to their agency and/or ABH in a timely fashion. Proof of current certificate of motor vehicle insurance with the minimum of $ 1.5 million per vehicle coverage is required by the Department. Notification to the Department is required within 24 hours whenever the insurance certificate is changed or amended, expires, is revoked or suspended, or renewed. Each organization must submit an IRS form W-9 to ABH as part of application packet. For individual providers, an IRS form W-9 must be submitted to ABH with your application packet.
General Experience. The tenderer shall meet the following minimum criteria.
(a) Average Annual financial turnover (defined as billing for works in progress and completed in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) the last Three years of Rs 343.00 lakhs at the price level of 2015-16. This certificate shall be issued by the Chartered Accountant. The Financial Year in which no turnover is shown would also be considered for working out the average turnover.
(b) Experience in successful completion of at least one work of similar type amounting to Rs. 138.00 Lakhs in 4 finincial yers prior tocurrnt years and current year updated to current cost. (Information to be given in Statement No. III) Such Certificate shall be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent Competent Authority. Scanned from original certificate shall be uploaded. (Completed Work Carried out in Govt. / Semi Govt. bodies such as MHADA, MSEB, MIDC, CIDCO etc will be considered. The works may have been executed by the tenderer as prime contractor or as member of joint venture or subcontractor. As subcontractor, he shall have acquired the experience of execution of all major items of works under the proposed contract. In case the project has been executed by a Joint Venture, weight-age towards experience of the project would be given to each joint venture in proportion to their participation in the Joint Venture. For this a certificate shall be submitted incorporating clearly the Name of the Work, contract value, billing amount, Date of Commencement of works, Satisfactory performance of the Contractor and any other relevant information.
(c) The tenderer should have executed the following minimum quantities of work in any continuious twelve claender month during 4 years prior to current years and current year or previous three years. (Information to be given in Statement No. VI) S. No. Item of Work Quantity Unit
