Review of Services. The AGENCY shall allow WRCOG’s Representative to inspect or review the progress of the Project at any reasonable time in order to determine whether the terms of this Agreement are being met.
Review of Services. Services contributed by each City shall be reviewed biennially by the Fire Chief as to whether the monetary value of the contributed services is roughly equivalent. Unresolved differences of opinion from the Parties about the rough equivalence of contributed services shall be forwarded to the South Metro Fire Board for consideration and direction. Front line ambulances will be serviced four (4) (150 hrs) times per year. Second line trucks will be serviced two (2) times per year. Administrative vehicles will be serviced every 3,000 miles. Small engine components mounted on trucks will be incorporated into the service interval times. Trailers, boats and ATV will be serviced one (1) time per year and inspected periodically for safety defects. Small engine equipment stored in the vehicles or Department facilities will be inspected periodically and serviced accordingly or as needed.
Review of Services. The parties agree that: (i) the scope, frequency and manner of delivery of the Services detailed herein are subject to periodic review by the parties; (ii) changes to any of the Services (including the addition or deletion of services) may be made at any time if agreed to by the parties; and (iii) this Agreement may be amended from time to time according to the terms set out in herein.
Review of Services. Owner will review Engineer's documents at the completion of each stage of development as described in the Project Proposal. Owner’s review comments or decisions regarding the documents will be furnished to Engineer in a reasonably prompt manner. Owner will notify Engineer in writing of any material error or omission or other defect in the services or documents provided or any conflict in the documents of which Owner becomes aware, but Owner shall have no obligation or duty to investigate whether such faults, defects, or conflicts exist.

ATL and its ATL-designated Representatives, may at all reasonable times have access to review and inspect the Consultant’s activities and data collected under the terms of the Contract Documents. All books, documents, plans, papers, records, reports, drawings, studies, specifications, estimates, maps and computations, prepared by or for the Consultant under the terms of the Contract Documents, shall be available to ATL and its ATL-designated Representatives for inspection and review at all reasonable times in ATL’s offices. Acceptance of any Services by ATL shall not relieve the Consultant of its obligation to correct, at its expense, any of its errors in the Services.

All books, documents, plans, papers, records, reports, drawings, studies, specifications, estimates, maps and computations, prepared by or for the Consultant under the terms of the Contract Documents, shall be available to SRTA and its SRTA-designated Representatives for inspection and review at all reasonable times in SRTA’s offices. Acceptance of any Services by SRTA shall not relieve the Consultant of its obligation to correct, at its expense, any of its errors in the Services.
Review of Services. 10.35 The Contracting Authority shall have the right every year to have the scope and compliance level of the Airport Services reviewed by a qualified independent expert appointed by the Contracting Authority, to ensure that SIA is being operated and maintained in accordance and in compliance with the requirements and conditions herein. If such independent expert shall determine that SIA is not being operated and maintained in accordance with the requirements herein, the Contracting Authority shall have the right to modify the scope and level of the Airport Services, Key Performance Indicators and the provisions under the Operation and Maintenance Manual, subject to the consent of the Concessionaire, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Ground Handling
Review of Services. 9.1 On a semi-annual basis, both Parties agree to review the management of the Investigatory Services and Integrity Commissioner Services including any issues that would improve the operation and communication of the Parties with regard to such services.

If such independent expert shall determine that SIA is not being operated and maintained in accordance with the requirements herein, the Contracting Authority shall have the right to modify the scope and level of the Airport Services, Key Performance Indicators and the provisions under the Operation and Maintenance Manual, subject to the consent of the Concessionaire, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Ground Handling The Private Partner shall agree and undertake to ensure that at least one (1) ground handling agent, who shall be qualified to provide such services to any and all flights arriving at and departing from SIA, shall be available to provide ground handling services at SIA. The Concessionaire shall provide to the Contracting authority a copy of each agreement with a ground handling agent for ground handling services at SIA entered into under this article, within thirty (30) days after its signature date. For the avoidance of any doubt, the Concessionaire shall permit any airline that operates their Aircrafts at SIA to self-handle their Aircrafts as long as such self-handling is performed by such airline with its own equipment and staff.
