Weekly Compensation definition

Weekly Compensation means the Executive’s Base Salary divided by fifty-two (52).

Examples of Weekly Compensation in a sentence

  • A Participant who is eligible to receive Benefits under Section 3.1 shall continue to be entitled, through the end of his/her Salary Continuation Period to his/her Weekly Compensation as in effect on the Employment Termination Date.

  • A single lump sum cash payment, payable on the sixtieth (60th) day following the Severance Date in an amount equal to (i) the number of weeks in the Protection Period, multiplied by (ii) Employee’s Total Weekly Compensation.

Weekly Compensation means the sum of each of the following items divided by 52: (a) a Participant's annual base salary; and (b) the applicable guideline (target) annual bonus amount in effect on his or her Employment Termination Date.

Weekly Compensation means (i) 1/52nd of the Employee’s highest annual rate of base salary with the Company as in effect at any time after the Effective Date, plus (ii) 1/52nd of the Employee’s highest annual bonus award (if any) earned by the Employee with the Company with respect to the Company’s three complete fiscal years preceding the Severance Date.
Weekly Compensation means the Eligible Employee’s weekly base hourly pay or weekly base salary pay, excluding shift differential, overtime, bonuses and other incentive amounts, in effect immediately prior to the day on which the Eligible Employee’s employment as an active employee terminates pursuant to a Qualified Termination of Employment.
