Cease Operations. Cease to be a Franchisee of Franchisor under this Agreement and cease to operate its business under the IHS Systems. Lyric and each Franchisee shall not thereafter, directly or indirectly, represent to the public that their business is or was operated or in any way connected with the IHS Systems or hold itself out as a present (or, publicly, as a former) franchisee of Franchisor at or with respect to any premises from or at which its business operated.
Cease Operations. Cease to be a franchisee of Franchisor under this Agreement and cease to operate the former Franchised Business under the Charter System. Franchise Owner shall not thereafter, directly or indirectly, represent to the public that the former Franchised Business is or was operated or in any way connected with the Charter System or hold itself out as a present (or, publicly, as a former) franchisee of Franchisor at or with respect to any premises from or at which the Franchised Business operated;
Cease Operations. If Franchisee fail to cure the breach, Franchisee must immediately cease operating the Business and comply with the post termination obligations contained in Sections 16 and 17.
Cease Operations. You will immediately cease to operate your Healthy Bites Grill Franchise. You will not, directly or indirectly, use any of the Intellectual Property nor represent yourself as a present or former franchisee of us or in any other way affiliate yourself with the System. You will immediately cease using all stationery, signage and other materials containing the Intellectual Property. You will also immediately cease using all telephone numbers for the Healthy Bites Grill Franchise used at any time before termination or expiration, and empower us to take whatever actions are necessary to comply with this Section. You must cease using the URL and Internet addresses used for your business and immediately cause the URL and Internet addresses to be transferred to us.
Cease Operations. You shall immediately cease to operate the Restaurant under this Agreement, and shall not thereafter, directly or indirectly, represent to the public or hold yourself out as a present franchisee of ours.

Cease and decommission its operations at the Property in accordance with all federal, California and local requirements and permits within the time period provided for in the Purchase Agreement (i.e., 24 to 30 months after the date the "Additional Deposit" is made by PAMF pursuant to the Purchase Agreement).

HDD has the right to sell off, in any commercially reasonable manner, all inventory of Wine Product as of the termination date.

Master Franchisee shall immediately cease to operate the Master Franchise Business and any Company-Operated Wayback Burgers Restaurants, and shall not thereafter, directly or indirectly, represent to the public or hold itself out as a present or former Master Franchisee of Franchisor. Immediately upon the expiration or termination hereof, Master Franchisee shall dispose of, and not sell, any Wayback Burgers product or other products sold hereunder.
