Inspection and Review. The PSA shall permit inspection of its records and/or review of its fiscal operations at any time during normal business hours by DPS’ office of internal audit or others as may be designated.

Seller agrees to cooperate with Buyers and to provide to Buyers, from time to time, at no out-of-pocket cost to the Buyers and upon reasonable advance written notice from Buyers, access to all financial and other information pertaining to the Assets and the Accounts Receivable, which information is relevant and reasonably necessary, in the opinion of Buyers’ or their Affiliates’ outside, third party accountants (“Accountants”) to enable Buyers or their Affiliates and their Accountants to prepare financial statements in compliance with any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

Such visit shall be conducted during Samsung’s normal working hours. Inspection and Review. Following completion of any service or obligation by DynaMark, Customer shall promptly and carefully test the data and inspect said service and associated reports or output and shall promptly identify and advise DynaMark of any errors in said data, service, report or output (and in no event more than 30 days after receipt). Inspection and Review. Each employee shall have the right to inspect and review any official record relating to their performance as an employee or to a grievance concerning the employee which is kept or maintained by the County. The contents of such records shall be made available to the employee for inspection and review at reasonable intervals during the regular business hours of the County. The employee's designated representative may also review the personnel file with specific written authorization from the employee. The County shall provide an opportunity for the employee to respond in writing, or personal interview, to any information about which disagree. Such response shall become a permanent part of the employee's personnel record. The employee shall be responsible for providing the written responses to be included as part of the employee's permanent personnel record. At or before time of placement, employees shall be given copies of all letters or memoranda concerning the employee's job performance which are to be placed in the employee's official personnel file(s).
Inspection and Review. All purchases will be subject to Buyer’s final inspection. Buyer at his option may reject any non-conforming equipment or material and return it to Seller at Seller’s risk and expense at the full invoice price plus all transportation and other related costs.
