COVERAGE PROVISIONS. Who Is Eligible For Coverage A person who is booked to travel on a Trip and pays the required premium is covered under this policy. Eligibility for purchase of this policy will be determined at the time of claim. If it is determined that a person or Trip is not eligible for coverage, any claim for benefits will be denied and Your premium for this policy will be refunded. Non-Refundable Provision After the ten (10) day review period, the premium for this policy is non-refundable. Maximum number of Insureds The maximum number of Insureds allowed under this policy is ten (10).

The Health Plan shall provide the following services in accordance with the provisions herein, and in accordance with the Florida Medicaid Coverage and Limitations Handbooks and the Florida Medicaid State Plan. COVERAGE PROVISIONS. Unless otherwise provided in Part III of this Agreement, a person of any nationality who is employed in the territory of either Contracting State shall be subject, with respect to employment in that territory, to the laws on compulsory coverage of the Contracting State where the person is employed and, in determining the amount of contributions payable under the laws of that Contracting State, no account shall be taken of any income the person may receive from employment in the territory of the other Contracting State.
