Contractor Services. Emerald has contracted, on an exclusive basis, with official contractors to provide certain services for the Event. Service companies other than the official contractors will not be allowed to perform any of these exclusive services. Non-exclusive services may be performed by exhibitor-appointed contractors (“EACs”) within certain guidelines. Please refer to the Exhibitor Service Manual for a listing of exclusive services and EAC guidelines.
Contractor Services. It is understood that the City enters into this Agreement based on the special abilities of the Contractor and that this Agreement shall be considered an agreement for personal services. Accordingly, the Contractor shall neither assign any responsibilities nor delegate any duties arising under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the City.
Contractor Services. Contractor will provide the services as set forth in Exhibit A, Statement of Work, attached hereto and incorporated for all purposes (“the Services”), to the satisfaction of University.
Contractor Services. The Contractor shall perform such services and accomplish such tasks, including the furnishing of all necessary personnel, materials and equipment necessary for or incidental to the performance of the work identified as Contractor responsibilities throughout this Contract, in the Scope of Work - Exhibit B.
Contractor Services. Contractor shall provide to the County the services, products and supplies as described in Attachment A subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Contractor warrants to the County that the services to be provided under this Agreement shall be of the kind and quality that meet generally accepted standards and shall be performed by qualified personnel. Contractor further warrants to the County that all products and supplies used in conjunction with the services provided under this Agreement shall be new and of acceptable quality and quantity to the County.
Contractor Services. All requests to Contractor for Physician assignment are made at the discretion of OSC. Requests for Physician assignment will be made by OSC to the Contractor by letter and will include necessary instructions. In all cases, the Member’s medical and employment files will be provided by OSC to the Contractor. Physicians provided by Contractor will perform XXXx of Members, produce related written reports of their findings, and provide expert testimony at subsequent hearings, as requested by OSC. 2. Upon contact by the Member or the Member’s employer, schedule the IME with the appropriately licensed/certified Physician chosen by OSC from the list of Physicians provided by the Contractor. In the event that the originally scheduled location with the Physician must be changed, the new location for the IME must be approved by the Member or the Member’s employer prior to scheduling the new location.
3. Ensure that IME Reports (defined below) are completed and forwarded to the System.
4. Upon OSC’s request, schedule Physicians to provide testimony at hearings within 15 business days of receipt of such request.
5. Remove from the list of Physicians any Physician that OSC has indicated is unacceptable.
6. Verify that no Physician assigned work for OSC has any misconduct proceedings against him/her and has not been found guilty of any misconduct.
7. Routinely check (a minimum of every six months) to ensure the Physicians provided by the Contractor are not under investigation for professional misconduct or Physician discipline.
8. Routinely check (a minimum of every six months) and ensure Physicians’ license and Board Certifications have not expired.
9. Notify OSC immediately of any significant information that would adversely affect a Physician’s professional standing and/or credibility as an expert witness (including but not limited to any criminal or professional misconduct proceedings brought against the Physician).
Contractor Services. Contractor shall provide the Services and/or Supplemental Materials as approved by the State and described in Exhibit B, Courses and Pricing, as amended. Exhibit B is located on the State’s dedicated contract website, and is incorporated into this Price Agreement by reference. Changes to Services and/or Supplemental Materials must be approved by the State and shall be effective when published on the dedicated State website.
