CURRENT SITUATION/ BACKGROUND: The Home Office Immigration Platform Technologies (IPT) programme is looking for agile capability partners (Suppliers) to provide specific types of skilled resources to work within one or more agile scrum teams on a staggered pipeline of projects. We are looking to purchase capability and roles in three Lots as shown below. IPT will want to be able to flex the number of skilled resources on the programme over time to meet business and development needs. Each project will start during the duration of this contract and each one will start with a discovery phase to define user needs and development backlogs. Lot 2 seeks to procure Agile Delivery Management capability in the area of Delivery Managers (Scrum Masters) and Business Analysts. The Home Office IPT programme is building functionality to transform the way the Home Office manages immigration into the United Kingdom. The system will be used by Home Office staff based in the UK and in consulates across the globe, and by all applicants for Visa or Immigration services. The key programme deliverables include: • An improved website and application process – digitally driven. • Proactive customer communications – reducing inbound enquiries. • An online application case working tool – rules based, reduced handoffs, preventing silos and empowering the Business to manage demand. • An intelligent search facility and MI capability – one view of our customer. • A modern, resilient, reliable and lower cost technology platform (replacing 5 systems which are used across the Home Office today, including BRP and ASYS (Asylum). • A new way of delivering IT – agile, Business driven, customer focused. The design proposals must follow FCO Services Brand Guidelines and ethos, including colours, typeface and principles. Must supply a flexible variety of templates fit for content pages, landing pages, news pages and events. Wire frames should be provided for each template. The design proposals must follow the government digital by default standard. We have been granted exemption from the .XXX.XX project on the grounds of our commercial nature, but the Supplier should demonstrate that they have the capability to meet the relevant criteria of the Digital by Default standard (those of the 26 criteria that are relevant to the FCO Services website) The design must demonstrably fulfil all of the requirements of this document, including test, verification and validation against each agreed requirement.   • Check Requirements Any image of a check that I transmit to you must accurately and legibly provide all the information on the front and back of the check at the time presented to me by the drawer. Prior to capturing the original check, I will indorse the back of the original check. My endorsement will include "For Directions E- Deposit Only" in addition to my signature. A “Socket-pair” is up to two sockets each occupied by a CPU on a Managed Node. Red Hat CloudForms Software is configured to manage virtual machines on certain public clouds (a “Red Hat CloudForms Enabled Cloud”). You must purchase the appropriate number of Red Hat CloudForms for Public Cloud Software Subscriptions based on the number of Managed VMs instantiated on a Red Hat CloudForms Enabled Cloud. Please confirm that a specific public cloud is a Red Hat CloudForms Enabled Cloud prior to purchasing. A Red Hat Enterprise Linux Software Subscription is bundled with the Red Hat CloudForms Software Subscription and the fees for the Red Hat CloudForms Subscription are based on such bundled use. Any use of the Red Hat Enterprise Linux other than to run the Red Hat CloudForms Software is subject to Red Hat’s standard Software Subscription fees for such use.
